Good experience in past . Convenient. But firewood I got last fall is Garbage! Won't burn! Did they cut down a bunch of live trees?I would return it if I could,but, would be too much work.

The product seems to be reasonable however the customer service is lacking and for this I give a 1 star , I have watched there YouTube channel and etc, and was happy to give a small family business a chance over a box store. I was much disappointed. I own a pick up truck with a 5 ft bed so naturally I can't fit a 10 or 12 foot plank into it for safety reasons. After showing up one day and sitting waiting for someone to help me ( I understand the self serve but when I seen you actively working it would be nice just to ask "anything I can help you with".) So I left disappointed. However figured perhaps they were busy and I would give them another shot. A few weeks later I showed up this time with my saw in hand to ensure I could get what I needed safely. Upon showing up I asked the young man to verify my selection as I didn't want to take advantage of anyone, I got a cold shoulder. Then making my way to the hut to pay I stood there for several minutes again to ensure I didn't take advantage of anyone which you have to figure out for your self the amount you owe plus taxes, - no ever came to help or offer a hand. Again after visibly seeing people working. making it back to my truck still nothing. I had to cut the wood myself 2 ft from a busy highway definitely not safe and won't do it again. I felt as if I looked like a green goblin. Unfortunately I won't be using them again and sadly neither will some of my other family members that planned on getting 8 cords of fire wood from them this year.

The firewood they supply RB Winter campground with will not burn. It’s a crime to call that seasoned firewood. Had to nurse the fire with a leave blower to keep it from more than just smoldering.
