Palo Florist has a CAN DO attitude! I called and needed a delivery to a business the same day with roses and chocolates and they came through perfectly and followed my instructions to the letter! I would 100% reccomend them. Zero problems at all! Thank you guys!

Ordered a deluxe and received a standard bouquet with broken flowers and limp greenery

I will write this review but I don't think it is needed, you can see how many one * they have received. My suggestion is if you order online request they do not use this florist. I ordered a deluxe live plant planted for a funeral. This place decided to replace it with a cheap $19 cut flower in a glass vase. Totally inappropriate for a funeral. They figured they could pocket all the extra money. They should be ashamed. Pic 1recieved, Pic2 Ordered

Horrible!! Very disappointed in your company. You should be ashamed. I ordered some flowers for my mom’s birthday and the arrangement was just thrown together and looked horrible! The arrangement that I purchased for her was not even what I ordered. Very fraudulent and will be reported. I am a huge blogger in the area as well as the Untied States with over million followers. I will take a picture of your work and show my followers the arrangement you made for my mother in which she had to come back show you what I ordered was nothing like she received. Also, instead of apologizing you threw some flowers in and made up some excuses about two websites and not having any knowledge of the products you list. This will be reported to the BBB as fraud and false advertising. You should be ashamed of yourself. My mother should have never had to come back with her bouquet of flowers on her birthday because this isn’t what was ordered.

Received a floral arrangement from here which was ordered out of state thru telefloral. It is the worst $75 arrangement I have ever seen. It looks like a little kid threw flowers in a vase and shoved baby’s breath in it to make it look full. No pride in what they are sending out the door. Plus some of the flowers were already dying when it was delivered. Don’t buy at this florist go elsewhere!!

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my mom for Christmas. Called Holiday splendor. It was awful. It had so much pine. No holly it looked nothing like the picture. I would like a refund.

Rude, lazy, cancelled my order the day it was to be delivered because it was going to be “a bit out of the way.” Did not offer to deliver the following day or refund, and was rude to top it all off. 10/10 do not recommend.

Horrible place my mother n laws flowers where absolutely horrible and fraudulent. You should be ashamed of yourself. I will report you to the bbb for fraud. Not only do you rip people off your manners and customer service skills need some work!!
