We bought our little boy Taromaru (originally named scout) from them 10 months ago and it has been such a joy to see him grow from such a little boy to where he is now. We love him with all our heart and are so glad we got the chance to bring him into our lives

I recently went here interested in a puppy , I forget her name , but she has brown hair and glasses , she was so honest and helpful with us while there in regards to the puppies ! We ended up purchasing Reno , who is now named Rolo . She made us feel so confident in our purchase ! She explained everything thoroughly to us , and in depth , & also gave us a 24/7 number to contact if we need anything . The cages were also extremely clean that the puppies were in , and they immidiately cleaned after each pup in each cage . This is the best pet store I have seen in a long time , you can tell they genuinely love their jobs and the animals inside . I am truly happy with the customer service I received here & also the honesty .I included a photo of our Rotty babe right after he took a dip in our kiddie pool . Rolo ( Reno ) is such a good boy and we love him so much !

The staff here are wonderful. They are so nice and loving to all of the animals. Great place to have your pet grommed. They made my Snowie look amazing . We found a lifetime groomer.

The store was very organized. Very clean. The animals all seemed to be in good health and good spirits. The prices are very very reasonable and the workers were very kind and knowledgeable. They made sure to clean up play pens from one pup to the next, and were kind and careful when handling the animals. Feedings were witnessed and are handled so properly and clean. We're looking for a specific breed which they didn't have but we will definately be checking back with them. I would recommend them to anyone.

While expensive, the dogs here all appear healthy and well taken care of. It's a place you can easily miss when shopping for pets or pet supplies, but the employees here are really great and help you with any questions you may have.

The store appears to be frequently cleaned as are the puppy areas.

They are also available for help and questions even after your pet purchase. Highly recommend if you're looking for a new pet.

The young lady here was amazingly sweet and knowledgable about the puppies there. The puppies are also gorgeous and look well taken care of. They also have kittens and they had 3 litters when I went. It seems like a hole in the wall but it really is well maintained. I highly suggest this location.

Every time I visit one of the locations I have always had a wonderful time and great shopping experience ! These ladies and gentlemen work extremely hard and love their job! Every day cant be a walk in the dog park, with hungry bellies to fill water to give, playtime for each individual animal, and making sure nobody is rolling in their poop... I know how hard it is but ive seen out the corner of my eye when nobody was watching a younger girl at this location open the dog crate and give snuggles and a kiss on the head to a scared little pup. Iwill always make these pets n you stores my first stop when I need something ! Great job guys!

I bought my English Bulldog puppy there 2 years ago. Dave (the owner) is the best! He's helpful, even 2 yrs later if I have a question or a problem w Lily he's helpful & knowledgeable & only a text or a call away!! I would never go anywhere else! ! Thank you Dave!
