I recently had the pleasure of visiting Mavis Discount Tire, and I am thoroughly impressed with the service I received. I absolutely LOVE this place! I would recommend anyone to go here for any car needs! Even if they can't help, the super friendly and knowledgeable staff will direct you on where to go and what to do! The manager, Chris, went above and beyond to help me and was super nice and courteous to me, and my daughters! His leadership made the whole environment and experience great, and we were there for hours! I'll be back for any other car needs! I also appreciate his dedication to help me!

I dealt with Chris while I was there and he was very professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. I came in for brakes and rotors originally but I expressed concerns about something else and Chris had his mechanics handle that as well as the rotors and brakes. They then found my fog light bulb was out and also didn’t charge me to change it. They took care of my cars and it was even lower than the orginal estimate. The car is riding smooth and solid will definitely be back to this location.

The team at Mavis discount tire has been helpful every time I come to their shop. I highly recommend this shop for your tire and maintenance needs. Great communication between the employees, customers, and managers!

Great customer service! Everyone was nice and welcoming. After a long day of visiting multiple places to get my tire fixed I was tired and frustrated. It was nice to arrive somewhere pleasant. I was in and out quickly even though it was almost the end of the business day. Even if they had not been able to fix my tire (which they did) the customer service would have still made the experience a great one. Thank you!

Above & beyond helpful!! After my tire blew out on the turnpike, I came to this shop and they found the entire wheel was damaged. Being out of state this was the worst news for me, but thankfully after speaking with Desirae the assistant manager & Chris the manager, they called local shops to find me a wheel so I could get tires and be back on the road ASAP! Chris even drove across town to pick up the wheel himself. Honestly they saved me so much money and stress by taking care of me. Thank you Desirae, Chris, and the whole team!! Recommending them so highly!!

Amazing service!!! We were driving through town on a long road trip still 5 hours from home. We needed an unusual tire. They managed to find one when no one else in town had one. They got us in immediately and back on the road in less than an hour!! The staff, including Chris Lodravich, was amazingly friendly, professional and helpful!!! Thank you guys so much!

This is the place to go for all your car needs! It doesn't get much better than here! They are fast with service. Plus they take great care of you and your vehicle. The staff is awesome as well especially Chris! I haven't had a bad experience here but if I did I know Chris would make sure to take care of me until it's resolved! I can't say enough good things about this store! I won't take my vehicles to any other shop because I know this is the best place for the best service! Keep up the great work guys your killing it! I cant make another 5 star review but everyone needs to know that this mavis store is the best around! The staff at this store knows how to take care of their customers! I recently had to have my driver side rear tire repaired. They found a bolt in it which was causing a slow leak. All employees were polite and helpful. My tire was repaired and I was back on the road in under and hour.

I can’t thank the staff at Mavis enough! The tire pressure in one of my tires plummeted on a week where I really didn’t need a flat tire. I stopped in and they were able fit me in within 20 minutes and get a full patch done for the stupid nail that was in my tire. I will not hesitate to come back here for anything at this point. They are so responsive and helpful. Watching their customer service while I sat in the lobby was heartwarming.

Steve & his team are the best. . The first tire place I’ve ever been to that is reasonable, reliable and professional. My experience was very phenomenal and the guys really care about they profession.

I ended up with a nail in my tire and it was losing air. I stopped at the Mavis Discount Tire shop at the old Jack Williams location on 315 in Wilkes Barre. The shop was very busy but Desirae the Assistant Manager got my vehicle in and repaired it in no time. A big thank you to Desirae and the Mavis team!!

Took my car here for an inspection, oil change, and got my brake pads and rotors replaced. I had some ongoing concerns after my appointment so I gave them a call. Desirae answered the phone and listened to every single concern that I had and she arranged for Chris (the manager) to be on site to take a close look at what was going on. Chris took care of every single concern that I had in a way that FAR exceeded any of my expectations. Replaced and upgraded everything that I was concerned about. Desirae and Chris lead a fantastic team and I appreciate them so much.

I frequent this location all the time for my tires and other car needs. I love the customer service here from all the technicians! Sometimes i fail to plan ahead but they always are accommodating with being able to fit me in. I also like the courtesy checks to keep me informed on potential problems. Prices are fair but can’t beat the service!
