Absolutely loved it! Staff was prompt and courteous, the cook even came out to make sure everything was good, cozy atmosphere, and the food was delicious for a very reasonable price! Our new regular spot after tonight!

I stopped in The Otherside Bar & Grill last night, and had a very good experience!

I am from the Freeland area originally, I've been out of town for about 2 years, and coming back recently I decided to stop in. I was greeted by name, which was a pleasant experience, it felt like I never left home!

I ordered food, which was amazing! I got a chicken quesadilla, which was bigger than expected. And after a few drinks decided to try the French onion soup, which was out of this world good!

The bar staff was very courteous and checked on me often, I wasn't left with an empty glass for very long at all!

The owner of the establishment, which I hadn't seen for quite sometime, came right up to me and shook my hand, we chatted for a brief moment before he went back to work. Yet another warming experience of my visit!

I wasn't sure what the experience would be like on my walk down, as I'm not the "bar type" of person, but I was surprised by how pleasant it was, and I'll definitely be going back!!!

The day we visited the restaurant was my brother's birthday. It was a last minute little family get together. There were seven of us total, plus a to go order. The waitress was awesome. She was attentive, but not overbearing like some waitresses. Food was awesome as always. On that day, the dish my brother wanted was not on the menu, but the cook made it for him anyway, when he found out it was his birthday. It was truly a great time.

My wife and I stopped by after a long morning at Eckley's Miners Village. The food and service were both great. I ordered the steak antipasto salad as well as six wings. They were both delicious. I'd drive a couple hours just to enjoy this meal again.

Everything was great. Afternoon lunch for 6. Food was great. Very clean

Would have stayed longer to drink more adult beverages but Music was directed more towards Rap in favor of a few younger snotty Girls!

I was waiting for my son to be done at the school so a few of us parents stopped in for a quick bite and a drink. Food was good, service was good. I would definitely stop here again!

Give this place a try for a dinner with family or just an adult night out. From the exterior its unassuming, but once inside you'll find what seems to a be a very recently remodeled, well appointed local watering hole. Family run and staffed, very good customer service, and fairly priced drinks and food. The scallops wrapped in bacon made the cold beer taste better! Bar staff is very pleasant, highly recommend this clean, well stocked establishment!

Always a delicious meal, served promptly by pleasant staff in a hometown atmosphere.

Update: still great..spaghetti night could probably be shared! Lots of food.

Stopped in at The Other Side to watch Sunday night football and grab some dinner. They had some great dinner specials and ended up choosing the pizza and wing special. The bartender recommended mixing some of the wing sauces so went with the recommendation and they were amazing. Will definitely be stopping in more often to try more items of the menu. Thanks for the good experience.

The otherside is always an amazing place to grab a drink with friends! Nothing but positive experiences here from me and a lot of my friends especially once who grew up in the area. Would recommend for a night out!

Food and drinks were very good and at good prices. Friendly and efficient staff. Liked that the Christmas decorations were up mid-January. 😊

I highly recommend the The Other Side Bar and Grill Inc. In Freeland PA from there huge center st burger and creamy ranch garlic parmesan boneless wings to pizza with everything on it to chop sirloin dinner along with blueberry beer to mint juleps or to but not seen here fresh cut gravy cheese fries then it’s all a truly a must try yummy Ty all

We went for the breakfast buffet yesterday. It was delicious. Also has alcohol for breakfast and we had a margarita and mimosa! Reasonably priced and nice service. We want to come back for dinner.

Best place to eat in Freeland. Their French onion soup is the standard to which all others are measured. Excellent service. Very clean atmosphere.

Awesome! Food was Fantastic, you gotta try the Homemade Cole Slaw 😋 Drink specials were Yummy, and Service was Great. Can't wait to go again.
