All Motors - Volvo Repair

What an incredible family! Steve, Pearl and their son, got me home on the Labor Day weekend this year. AC compressor on my Volvo broke and they found the parts and a way to get me home the same day. Thank goodness there are genuine human beings like this left in this world!!! My family thanks them.

I called All Motors Volvo Repair hoping that they could fit my car in pretty last minute and they were super helpful from the jump. Steve went out of his way to help me out when I was pressed for time and was so kind an communicative throughout the entire process. If you are in the area, this is the place to go to get your volvo repaired. I never leave reviews, but my experience was so great that I felt compelled to write this one. Thank you!!

Steve is the man... Bought a car from him and Everytime I need help with something he's always willing to help. Car has been great and running beautifully. He takes great care of all his cars and he really knows what he's doing too. If you're looking for a car, you better be looking for the directions to All Motors.

Need a Volvo repaired? Go here! This place is awesome for fixing Volvos. They know special knowledge about any issues they have and are guaranteed to do a good job. I appreciate how they are honest, do a skilled job, use good parts, and All Motors even checked my car 1 week after the repair at no charge. They do a splendid job. I've mainly met Steve and his wife Pearl and one other mechanic (I think his name was Mike or Charlie, iirc). Steve advises repairs as of my car was his own. E.g. he let me know which repairs were needed and which don't need and looks into the future to recommend any repairs. My car is older, so we didn't need to fix harmless creak in the steering, as it would be expensive. But we opted to fix another part preemptively while they were working near it, because it would save me the labor cost in the future if it failed. I highly recommend them and I think people in Sweden would be jealous!

The only downside is that sometimes it's hard to get ahold of somebody on the phone, so you might have to communicate thru voicemails. One or two times the voicemail box gets full. It's understandable because of the small size of the shop and they can't always have somebody at the phone or need to go somewhere. And it's a small downside.

Steve thoroughly knows the mechanics of the Volvo line of cars, 4, 5, 6 & 8 cylinder, turbo and naturally aspirated engines as well as drive train sevice. He is honest, easy to talk with and his rates are reasonable. I highly recommend his Volvo service. He also sells very safe older used Volvos for reasonable prices.

There are not many honest people in the "business" industry. But Steve and his wife Pearl were. They are kind and very personable. Thank you guys for being easy to work with and honest.
