Our salesman Brian was very professional. He was very attentive to our needs. He wasn’t pushy and making a sale wasn’t his first priority. I appreciated the time he took with us I am extremely picky about a recliner. Brian found the one that was fit for me. We will definitely be shopping at Bear’s furniture again and will tell all of our family and friends what a positive experience we had

We have had quite a project that Brian has been helping us with & he has gone above and beyond to get us what would work best! Then when they delivered the furniture.. let me tell you... they have THE BEST delivery guys! I have never seen 2 guys that work so well together, have great personalities and awesome work ethic! They pay close attention to detail and make sure everything is perfect before they leave. So between the great sales help from Brian and the amazing delivery crew of Sam & Nick... Bear's Furniture has it down to a fine art & we couldn't be happier!

Alyssa was very friendly and helpful. No hard sell, she listened and showed us items across several manufacturers and was patient while we sat on many chairs. We'll be back for more furniture in the future.

My search for a mattress only took me to one store,Bears Furniture outlet. Brian was very knowledgeable and pulled up my prior order and was quite helpful. I would purchase from this store again

Very nice experience for my wife and I. Beautiful store with very nice furniture. Have known the owner for years. Good man, and good business man. But above everything the sales rep who waited on us, Jessica was wonderful. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Spent much time with us and helped us with our decisions. Highly recommend shopping here. If you like wine, they have that also. Helps with shopping and decision making.

Great selection of furniture. Staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable of products. Bought recliner that required 10 week delivery time, but was delivered after only 4 weeks. Great overall experience. Will shop here again. Highly recommended

Amazing experience work with James! He was great, not pushy, honest, and very friendly. We purchased Lazy-Boy furniture through them because Lazy-boy in Howland, Ohio was rude. While we might have looked like country bumbkins since we had unloaded hay all morning we were never treated as less then. Thank you James for the amazing new living room suite!

Had a great experience here today! Stacy was an incredible sales associate, very knowledgeable and professional ! She knew we wanted to purchase the best couch for our family and was extremely patient. John was also very helpful, he took the time to help us load some furniture into our truck.
However, there was one other sales associate present who ended up using profanities and was extremely rude right in front of me and my husband.

I purchased a mattress from the Greenville location. I am very happy with the product. The staff was very welcoming and knowledgeable. William Grove and Jessica Wygant spent a lot of time explaining the product I was looking for and made the purchase very relaxing. The delivery process was very simple as well. The two delivery guys were really cool and set up the mattress quickly and hassle free. The free delivery was a bonus since I do not have a way to transport a mattress. I would recommend this store if you are looking for furniture or a mattress.
