The Potting Bench Greenhouse, Ice Cream, & Workshop

This is an absolutely amazing place! This is a beautiful hidden gem in the middle of South Williamsport, and I would highly recommend to people to try this place. Their ice cream is delicious (I tried the brownie flurry), the atmosphere is charming and nice, and the workers are super kind and welcoming! :)

This is an amazing little place in South Williamsport. The greenhouse itself is so charming and cute, with a nice variety of plants for sale, as well as decorations for your garden and home. But the fun surprise is that this greenhouse has their own little ice cream stand and it offers amazing treats! I had an apple cider slushie and a pumpkin roll sundae, both of which were so delicious!

Really beautiful place. Plenty of seating if you’re getting food and it’s enjoyable to walk around and see what they have. Definitely recommend if you’re visiting Williamsport.

The concept of combining a plant store and ice cream shop into one like the Potting Bench has is honestly one of the best business ideas I've seen. Plus, they serve a wide variety of really good items like ice cream cones/dishes, milkshakes, ice cream nachos, and refreshers. Plus, the owners/staff are super friendly.

Wonderful plants, seasonal decorations, and amazing ice cream! I highly recommend their seasonal ice cream specials-- I had an apple cider slush and it was a huge hit! My kiddos love their milkshakes. There's also a great atmosphere. We love to sit and enjoy the flowers and lights.

Hard scoop chocolate ice cream with a side of deep fried oreos and a funnel cake. They offer it as sundaes but I'm weird about my ice cream with other stuff so asked for it separate. They were very accommodating and said sure we can do that. I love this place!

Delicious!!! The staff was also incredibly friendly as well as helpful. We definitely will not hesitate to drive the 30 minutes to patronize this business in the future! Thank you!

Sundaes were awesome. The ice cream selection was great and the flowers were impressive. Dont waste your time in line at DQ.

This place is right in the middle of a quiet street and you would never have guessed It's even there. When we went tonight they were offering ice cream made with food the food truck offered. The shop is decorated extremely well and there's plenty of seating through out the entire greenhouse set up. Great place, great food and great prices. I suggest following them online to see what their weekly feature is.

Love this place! It’s like a secret little oasis tucked away right in town. So glad we stumbled upon it. The ice cream is to die for…I definitely recommend the sundaes! We also enjoyed wandering through the greenhouse and gift shop.

This place has a cozy, comforting atmosphere. Lots of plants to choose from at a good price. Ice cream is always great here. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Beautiful quaint place to enjoy ice cream with good friends or family. I love the variety of flavors, special mix, flurries, and sundaes they have to offer. Staff are always exceptional. Plenty of seating. They also offer fresh vegetables, fruit, and gorgeous plants! Prices are more than reasonable.

5 stars for sure! They have a great selection of succulents and other garden plants, and the prices are incredible. The guy who helped us (didn't get his name) was super nice and knew everything there is to know about blueberries. We live in Virginia now, but I think every time we come back up to visit we'll stop by and get some plants.

Helpful, courteous staff , beautiful atmosphere, amazing prices. Was helped by mookie. She was so knowledgeable and kind. Also, always ask for mark. He’ll always be there to greet you at the entrance.

Perfect place to shop for plants or buy a gift. And BEST milkshake I’ve had in a long time!!!!! Really nice people, too.

The Potting Bench just keeps getting better and better. They have a wonderful selection of plants. Many different varieties of flowers with an assortment of colors that are always exactly what me and my family are looking for. The staff is very friendly and willing to help if you have any questions. They are also quick to assist you or get boxes if it's more then you can handle. They also have crafts and other specials to watch out for like fresh produce. With the addition of ice cream and desserts it makes a trip there even sweeter. They have a great menu to choose from and the prices are good. A nice spot to chill in a beautiful environment. I know I will be going back because there is still a lot of sweets to try.

I love it here! The ice cream is amazing and have a variety of options (even for your doggos). The staff is friendly and helpful. They have a wide arrange of plants & flowers. I enjoy looking at the decor they have as well. We come here at least once a week!

This is the most beautiful greenhouse I've ever visited. And now they serve delicious ice cream, so you have a great excuse to hang out! They're also dog-friendly and you can buy a special doggie sundae.

We got some gorgeous herbs while we were here, and great honest advice from the staff. I was going to buy a strawberry plant for my 3rd story window box and they let me know it wasn't going to thrive. I got some lovely catnip instead.

Can't wait to stop by again with my pup and hang out among the beautiful plants and have ice cream. ♥

Great place. VERY helpful in advising us on what to get to make a terrarium for the granddaughters b-day. Grat selection of holiday decorations. Haven't tried the ice cream yet, but we're gonna.
