Had a great a great experience at Rainbow Jewelers today. While shopping for an anniversary gift, Stan jr. and Jen were very helpful. They both took the time to explain details of each piece of jewelry I looked at. They were both incredibly knowledgeable and provided service with a smile and even provided free gift wrapping. I was treated like family while shopping and highly recommend checking out this amazing jewelry store. They also repair jewelry and buy Gold. I brought this vintage sapphire ring to Rainbow this afternoon to tighten the prongs as the stone was loose. I wish I had a before photo because the gold was so scratched over time that it had a matte finish. They tightened the prongs and gave the ring a quick polish that makes it look like a brand new ring. It took five minutes and they refused to charge me anything for the service. I’m planning to have my engagement ring reset in a few months for my anniversary, and Rainbow will be my first choice for the new setting. I’ve purchased other pieces from them and the quality, pricing, and customer service you get from them is always top notch.

From start (before I even had a single clue) to finish, every detail of the experience of creating my dream engagement & wedding rings was perfect thanks to everyone at Rainbow. Deanna helped my fiancé create the perfect ring for me & then helped us create my wedding ring. Everyone is so kind, attentive, helpful and caring. My family has been life long customers and we for sure will be as well. I cannot recommend them enough!

Rainbow is THE place to go for all jewelry needs in NEPA. They are so welcoming and make you feel like family every visit. Their knowledge and prices are unmatched. I recently had 3 rings of sentimental value to myself resized and I am giving this review to say Rainbow Jewelers did not disappoint. They did an excellent job resizing my rings and now I am able to wear the rings that I haven’t worn in years . The price was very reasonable for the work they did and every cent was well worth how happy I was when I picked up my rings . If I could I would give Rainbow Jewelers 10 stars . I highly recommend Rainbow Jewelers and I know you will be as happy as I was when I picked up my merchandise. The staff is awesome also , they made me feel comfortable the second I walked in and the person who assisted me was pleasant and very understanding as to how I wanted my rings resized and to be able to wear them again. I am very satisfied with the service and quality of the ring I purchased at Rainbow Jewelers. Stanley had a ring custom made for me. My fiancee had a specific setting and cut of diamond in mind that was not in the jewelry case. Stanley didn’t tell me “Sorry, we don’t have it, pick something else”. He asked questions about what I wanted and went the extra mile to make me happy and get what I wanted made. When I had questions, he was patient and made sure I understood what he meant when he was explaining about cut, clarity, and flaws, etc. I felt Stanley gave us the best quality ring for the price. And the ring was absolutely stunning. Everyone who sees it always has the same expression: Wow! I was very impressed with the ring Rainbow sold me. It is a ring to be proud of.
