Fontineese was PHENOMENAL! We knew the house we wanted to look at. I called her on a whim, she showed us the house the next week, and it was a whirlwind after that. I don't mess around and neither does she. She answered all my questions and was prompt to respond whenever I contacted her. We're closing on our first home tomorrow! The process was as smooth as it could have been and I recommend Fontineese wholeheartedly!

Fontineese told us that she was going to pay for the upgrade on the home warranty had to use home warranty the other day washer machine quit working to find it was never paid my fiance messaged her about it and she said she decided not to do it now because of how she got treated at the end me and her have some different opinions on the closing company at the end but I apologize for my attitude but I never really screamed at her I just told her if I could fire the title company because I was paying them to do a job that they did not want to work with me would never used in the future

Have a bunch of nice houses listed just never get a call back from Realtors. Would never use this company if I was selling.
