An absolutely amazing visit. My ring had to be sent in for a small stone to be replaced. Not only does my ring look brand new, the people who helped me were outstanding. Jason is the person who helped me send it in, and he was so helpful. He explained the process, and was extraordinarily kind. Nadine is the woman who helped me when I came to pick it up. Her costumer service skills made it easy to talk to her, and she was super sweet as well!

My engagement ring was purchased 7 years ago from Littman Jewelers which have since gone out of business. A few weeks ago, I had to have my ring cut off my finger due to swelling. They actually had to cut a piece of gold from the band. I took the ring to Kay Jewelers in Wilkes-Barre. They did an amazing job at a great price! I am so pleased! The ring looks better than when we originally purchased it! I will now be buying all of my jewelry from Kay Jewelers!
