Residence Inn Boise Downtown/City Center

When we got it the hotel staff was very friendly and greeted us warmly check in was quick and when we got to the room it was awesome! It even had a kitchen we had a yummy dinner and went to bed breakfast was yummy but not that much food would highly recommend

I was here with the family, we just wanted to do an overnight trip and this is were we ended up. As we pulled up the first thing I noticed was how difficult it was to get my truck into the parking garage from the alley. After a 40 point turn I was able to make it in. The garage was super clean and had plenty of parking even being on a Saturday evening. The doors leading to the elevator were locked and needed an key card from the hotel, this made me feel that much more safer. When checking in we were warmly greeted by the hotel staff. They promptly checked us in and got us out room key. The room was nice and clean and the view of downtown was pretty cool. The pool hours were nice and allowed us to swim the evening we checked in as well as the morning we checked out. The pool was pretty cold though. Hot tub was perfect. They had an average hotel breakfast that was provided, no complaints there. Overall we all had a good time and will be using this hotel again in the future.

By far the nicest Residence Inn's I've stayed in and one of the nicest hotels period. The rooms are so quiet, spacious and comfortable. Everything is clean and works. Breakfast is nice and the coffee is great. Great location too - easy walking to plenty of bars and restaurants.

I stayed here for a month. Every sever is kind to me. Room cleaned very well. Breakfast has more choice compared to other hotel.

Great location in the heart of the Boise action. Lots of restaurants, bars, and entertainment nearby. Light food options like flatbread, sandwiches, salads, and shareable appetizers on the Deck (hotel's patio bar & grill). Service was great, very professional, and our one bedroom was spacious and clean. The hotel didn't seem rundown, it felt very safe, the pool and hot tub were in working order, and it was one of the cleanest hotels I've ever been in. Parking is free for guests (just grab a ticket and park, then use your room key to get out /and back in if you want). Breakfast was about the same as any other residence inn and the hotel convenient store lacked options...I do think they should add microwave popcorn for people wanting to enjoy a movie in their room. Live music, and great martinis on the Deck. The mojitos used a mix of some kind which I didn't love, but it was still good. The ale board appetizer was delicious, it would be perfect to share with a glass of wine (it's essentially a small cheeseboard). It's a nice hotel, I'd recommend it to anyone.

Exquisite, beautiful, modern, high-rise hotel located in the center of downtown Boise! This hotel is one my favorite hotel properties (I travel extensively). In fact, Boise is one of my favorite cities! I have visited Boise and the Residence Inn twice. Each visit and stay has been perfection! The hotel facilities are beautiful and completely immaculate. I am unsure of the hotel's exact age, but it appears and feels brand new. The Residence Inn is an extended stay hotel and provides excellent accommodations and amenities for guests having extended stays. Even if your stay is brief, you will most certainly enjoy this facility. My guestroom during each visit was larger than an average hotel guestroom. Both of my assigned guestrooms had a very comfortable king size bed, numerous large windows with great views of downtown and the surrounding mountains. My guestrooms also included large flat screen TV, full size kitchen with utensils, bar table with chairs, work desk and sofa, and a huge bathroom. The bathroom includes a wonderful, large, glass shower. When it comes to the hotel's location, it has "location, location, location." You absolutely can not beat the hotel's convenient location. There is a tremendous selection of dining, shopping and entertainment options available surrounding the hotel, all within walking distance. In fact, there is a movie theater located directly across the street. Within a short walk distance from the hotel, you will find museums, historic venues, Zoo Boise and a beautiful rose garden and park open to the public. Naturally, although the park is great year round, try to visit when the roses are in bloom! On top of all the excellent hotel amenities and features, the hotel's staff associates are fantastic! From check in to check out, every associate I had the pleasure of encountering was friendly, attentive and professional. Each individual associate was very knowledgeable about the city of Boise, and all the activities around the hotel. I must also add Boise and the hotel's immediate neighborhood is safe and clean! It is actually safe and enjoyable walking to all activities outside of the hotel. I can't say enough great things about this hotel! It receives my highest recommendation. Thank you to the entire staff for making both my visits to Boise perfect!

Genuinely surprised how nice this hotel was. Only breakfast could be improved. When compared to Europe, still a lot of plastic and paper is used (looks, and probably is, cheap) and some ham and cheese would have been nice.

This hotel was awesome! Very clean and organized. The food and drinks we're delicious, and the service was spectacular. This is definitely a place that we will continue to go to on our weekends away

The best place to stay in downtown Boise. It's new, it's conveniently located, staff is great, it's a wonderful place to stay. Only improve: add toast/bread to breakfast offerings.

Fantastic experience that made what started as a miserable trip amazing. After my partner was flown to Boise via life-flight due to a suddenly discovered and rapidly worsening cancer, I found rooms here for four nights fairly cheaply and rushed almost six hours to Idaho. I received nothing but kindness from all of the employees and once we found out he had an extremely treatable cancer, I was able to relax a little and enjoy how nice the hotel was in between traveling to the hospital and back. The rooms were huge, parking was simple, and the breakfast was great. Staff setting up breakfast even helped me carry my tray (I had an amazing coworker with me who I was letting sleep in) and were so polite even though I was interrupting their work.

Definitely hoping to bring my partner here as soon as he is done with his chemo treatments. I had to remind myself not to brag too much about how nice the hotel is... especially that hot tub!

An excellent property. Especially if you're looking for a long-term stay. Beautiful kitchenette. Large size room. Great appointments to the room/kitchen. All laid out VERY well.

The rooms are gorgeous, the pool amd hot tub are great, customer service was awesome. The location and access to it is awesome for being in downtown. There was A LOT of kids, so it was a bit loud and difficult to relax in the hot tub amd there was quite a bit of Children yelling and running in the hallways, but it stopped at a decent hour.

We had our annual Christmas Party here this year. There was ample parking, large indoor space, enough drinks, and much patience afterwards. The roof-top patio was too cold, but beautiful. The rooms were new and setup like studios. Highly recommend this venue!

Great place, close to everything and room was amazing. Best breakfast ever!!!

The Deck was so very awesome great service with a smile. Decided to hang out with baby. We had a couple of tasty beverages and the most wonderful Hot Hawaiian Flatbread. Great crust and super flavor.
Wonderful music by the guitarist that played a great selection of songs that covered multiple generations.
The fire pits and heaters that allowed you to enjoy without being cold.
The area was clean and spacious so you didn’t feel like you was sitting on top of each other.
The other meals that we saw come out looked awesome and plentiful.
We have enjoyed staying at the hotel on multiple occasions but haven’t come to the Deck. We won’t make that mistake again.
You only need one of the mixed drinks let’s say.

This was a fantastic stay for our family of six. We reserved a two-queen suite. The room was massive, well-appointed, and clean, with excellent blackout curtains. Brandon and Herb at the front desk were friendly, kind, and responsive during our check-in and with some additional requests we had, both in person and over the Marriot app while we were on our way.

Breakfast was phenomenal - a variety of hot breakfast sandwiches and quiches, as well as a great oatmeal station, waffles, fruit, and other offerings. Min was working at the breakfast lounge when we left, she was incredibly kind and attentive to us.

We didn’t use the pool or gym during our short stay, but both looked clean, modern, and well-equipped. Unfortunately we only had one night in Boise before having to move on - we wish we could have stayed longer, in no small part because of our stay at this Residence Inn!
