The sales associate acknowledged us as soon as we came in the store. Once he was available he got the various requested shoes for us to try on. With the great 50% off deal, my husband was able to get several pairs of new boots he needed for work and hunting. The salesman was very knowledgeable about the shoes and boots.

The staff is knowledgeable as usual, fast and works towards the direction I gave them. It was fast and I did not feel rushed even with 15 people in the store and 2 clerks.

Service was great sadly they out off business. But got my last pair off boots.

Five stars hands down.they are great. They have wo Derulo personality. Great guidance for just the right boot for your feet. I think her name is Gabriela..the woman who works there is A1. She will help you get your feet walking nice..

I have been going to this particular store for 4-5 years and it’s always a positive experience. This trip I was in and out in under 15 minutes. The people there are very courteous and knowledgeable.

The customer service there is absolutely phenomenal! When we visited the store, they were very attentive and helped us with finding the right shoe size. I ended up calling the store to order the shoes and they went above and beyond ensuring that the shoes arrived before Christmas. While they didn't have the shoes in stock, they called other stores to make sure we still got them. I would highly recommend visiting their store!

First time at this store and like a jerk, I showed up 15 minutes before they closed. The customer service was fantastic, and she didn't act bothered by my lateness at all. I managed to snag a great looking pair of American made work boots after being sized up, and she was sure to tell me all about the warranty and how to order in other types and sizes, and how they will re-oil boots for free, and which products to use to care for the boots. All around a great visit and I'll be back for sure.

Buy my boots here all the time because they're American made good quality bought a pair for the summer and wear your boot lace hooks broke off two of them so I took them back and they sent them away replaced them and put holes in case they break again love this store a shout out to Gabrielle she went above and beyond thank you

The female employee sold me boots deserve a Bravo zulu.

A little pricey but they bend over backwards to help you and they're honest. They dont try to sell you something you dont need.
