Uncle Bob's European Auto Repair

A+ customer service! Highly recommend. I just moved to the area. When my BMW needed service I did a search for BMW mechanics in the area. The first 2 shops I called politely said they wanted nothing to do with an oil pressure issue. Then I call uncle bob. Not only did he basically diagnose the car over the phone, he had me come down there the same day and fix it since he was quite sure what it was and he had the part in stock. Once I arrived he immediately realized he was right and fixed the problem. He then goes on to check multiple other things for me throughout the car without me even asking. This guy is the the definition of what good customer service looks like. I will be a returning customer and I am happy to say that I found a reasonable and knowledgeable BMW mechanic!

Bob saved my butt. My BMW wouldn't start due to a dead battery when I was in the area, the night before I had to drive back to NYC. He knew how to diagnose it quickly and made the emergency repairs for me on a Saturday. He even drove to the auto parts store in his own car to get the battery for me. Reasonable priced repair, and gave me the car a few hours later, good as new. He's smart and kind. A pleasure to do business with Bob! America needs more people like Bob. Thank you very much!

These guys resurrected my car for me. 04 Chrysler sebring, every garage and mechanic I spoke to told me it was a bad head gasket. These guys went through a few trials and tribulations on my behalf and got the whole thing resolved in a timely and affordable fashion. Will be taking all of my vehicles here from now on and would recommend anyone seeking dealer quality performance at a lower price from a father and son mechanic crew too stop down! Bob is extremely knowledgeable about European cars, I took my BMW E46 here for inspection + AC refill and it was extremely affordable. TAKE YOUR CAR HERE IF IT'S EUROPEAN, YOU WON'T FIND BETTER!
