Absolutely best customer service I have received in along time!
Brought 2 vehicles in for tire swaps and could not be happier with Corey and Deanna for how well they surpassed my expectations!
I've been in the car business for over 40 years and these 2 are the best at their job!
Would be proud if they were part of my staff!!!

Normally I find Firestone to be a first rate outfit, but I recently had the opportunity to get a major repair completed at the Wilkes Barre location. I say opportunity because the experience was a pleasure from beginning to end. Not only was the repair completed competently, and as quickly as physically possible. The counter man Ken went above and beyond to make sure that I would be happy with every aspect of the experience, and when it turned out that I would have to wait for a part to arrive he immediately jumped into action renting me a car so I wouldn't be late to pick up my daughter. It should be mentioned that this was done at no cost to me. Add to all of this the cleanliness of the shop and other creature comforts and you get an all around satisfying day.

An hour before they closed they were able to complete an unscheduled alignment on my car. I know they didn’t have to do it being so late in the day. I appreciate the team at Firestone to fit me in. I was able to make it to my trip, which is three hours away. Thank you Firestone team!

I’ve been going to Firestone for about six years now. They are always very thorough with their courtesy checks and repairs. I usually drop my car off for the day so I’m never worried about time. After the work, they always explain what they did and answer my questions. I can’t remember the manager’s name, but he deals exceptionally well with people. I’ve seen lines almost out of the door with the phone ringing and every interaction with a customer, he is kind, patient, accommodating and describes everything that needs done. The technicians do a great job. Also, I’d like to give a shout-out to Deanna (sp?). Very courteous and always greets you with a smile. Bottom line, I love this place.

I have been to this Firestone location several times for my car. Every time, I have had a GREAT experience. Robert and his team are extremely welcoming and explain everything with great expertise! It was very quick and easy for me to schedule my appointment online and I quickly received a confirmation email. They give you the option to drop your car off or wait for it. Even when I waited, it was quicker than expected. They answer all my questions and explain what might be needed for my car in the near future. They are not pushy at all and their prices for their services are extremely reasonable and they always have coupons on their website. Whenever I checkout, the final price is always lower than I’m expecting. Can’t recommend Robert and the team enough!

I called the store on Labor Day weekend to see if they accepted walk-ins for tire sales/service. The Manager, Robert, was very helpful and friendly, and said walk-ins are welcome. I arrived at the store and they informed me about discounts and coupons. They installed my new tires in a timely manner and they were very professional. I highly recommend this store. I live in CT and this level of service is superb!!! ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

Took my car to Firestone after taking it first to pep boy for inspection. Pep Boys claimed my left wheel arm tire needed repairs to pass inspection. They fixed that after charging me over 500 dollars. Then Pep Boys charged me for a wheel alignment which they didn't even do. My steering wheel was out of alignment. So for me, they didn't do an alignment and charged me for it. Then my emergency parking brakes lit up like a Christmas tree not knowing why that was happening. I didn't trust pep boys to bring my car back. Decided to go to Firestone which I should have done from day 1 they quickly took my car in and did a diagnostic and realized that pep boy did something to the electronic thinking I'd bring it back. Firestone fixed the problem and only charged me 140.00 dollars with a 30-dollar discount. My car is fairly new have had it for a little over 9 months and I'm so so so grateful for Firestone. Honest reliable and very friendly and the cleanest automotive place I've ever been to. Thank you Firestone for taking good care of my car and myself

I have brought my car here for work a couple of times. They know what they are doing and they turn cars around very quickly. Most of the employees here are knowledgeable, professional, patient and friendly. On both of my visits to this location I had the pleasure of interacting with Robert. He has been nothing but patient and professional with me. He is very knowledgeable and is definitely an asset to this location. Both times he explained to me in detail what was going on with my car and kept me updated. Robert and the rest of the staff are doing an excellent job and have a return customer out of me as a result. Stop in and see them for your next repair you won't be disappointed

Very pleased with the level of service and care that I received from Justin, one of the techs there. I called at 2pm asking if they could fit me in for same-day service on a number of things for my fleet vehicle, and he was able to get my car serviced the same day. There were some issues with our fleet management company, but Justin helped me navigate them and was able to pivot around the issues. He even stayed late working on my vehicle just because he knew it was important to me that the car was serviced that day. Top notch service, probably the best Firestone I’ve been to so far (and I’ve been to many)! Thank you!

Robert is ALWAYS so nice and patient from the moment you call. He's extremely informative, the last time I was there he literally drew me a picture to better explain the issues with my precious ram truck. The woman that works there(so sorry I forgot your name) is also always so nice, kind and easy to talk to(she has a glittery skull on her keychain, we talked about being adults and still being obsessed with glitter). She's just awesome. The last time I was there I had to take an Uber home instead of wait as losing my newborn son has caused alot of unexpected triggers and episodes. I pulled her aside balling my eyes out to explain and she was so so warm and caring, she asked to give me a hug, she offered to call a cab, whatever I needed to get a ride home, she was so genuine, understanding and sweet, something I will never forget. I only trust Firestone with my vehicles. They never try to rip you off, they are honest and very reasonable. Before moving, I used to go to Firestone in Hazleton, they were also always very nice there but I especially love this location because of her and Robert and the comfort and ease I always feel bringing my truck there. My Dad also only goes to Firestone now especially after telling him all of my good experiences and service! Awesome people!
