Ken Pollock Nissan Service Center

I'm extremely pleased with my continued service here. The staff are patient with any questions and never hit me with a hard sell to replace something sooner than is needed. Wait times are about what is expect. I've often made use of a courtesy vehicle of they're doing something that will take a few hours (or on one rare occasion, overnight).

Took my 2022 Rogue Sport in for its first oil change. I wish I would have purchased the car from here. The service was friendly & quick. AND, within 20 minutes, they were able to provide me all of the answers about a defective piece of the luggage rack that the dealership I originally purchased it from jerked me around for 6 weeks with unreturned calls (I wish I had better “Vision” about purchasing my Nissan from a dealership in Hazleton). I’ll stick with Ken Pollock for all of the service now.

They got car in very quick, and had back same day. Definitely recommend them.

The only place I will take my car to now. I took my car to the dealership I bought it from to get a state inspection; it's a 2015 with 40000 miles. They told me I needed almost $600 of work. Took it here, and they said absolutely nothing was wrong. Tha k you for being honest! You got another loyal customer.

I needed to take a 2008 nissan pathfinder into service.

I installed a new ipdm and it needed a handshake with the ecm to recognize the keys for the security system

He really should combine all of his dealer ships and buy the Wyoming Valley Mall and make it the best multi line automotive

His vast resources and financial clout he would be the only one to pull this stunt off.. does Mr. Pollock Sr. Read anyones post
