Raco Watch and Jewelry

Purchased an engagement ring from this locally owned store after being advised from a family friend.
Guys, listen up, I am not a big fan of the wedding industry. I think there are certain players who take advantage of couples looking to make "the wedding of your dreams" - i.e. spend the most amount of money possible.
Despite my reluctance to make such a large purchase for a rock held by a piece of metal, I am now very pleased with the outcome of the custom made engagement ring used to court my now fiance. Here is why:
1) The owner is legit. He is a certified gemologist, with lots of experience in all sorts of jewelry. Any question you have he can answer. PLUS this is a small business.
2) Professionalism. I felt no pressure to make a big purchase. They were there to make suggestions to fit my needs.
3) Fair prices. After I was quoted for what diamond I wanted, I spent a fair bit of research trying to beat the price. At the end of it, I was happy to know I wasn't even close to being ripped off, possibly even saving money. They will give you an honest and fair price.
4) Wide selection and multiple companies' designs. I know nothing about women's style, let alone ring types and such. What I do know is they had plenty of styles and ring mount types for whatever your girlfriend might want (or whatever you can afford).

A friend and I had permanent bracelets put on today and it was a great experience. The staff was friendly and efficient. Our bracelets were reasonably priced and they're absolutely adorable. I highly recommend this place for the upcoming popular trend of permanent jewelry!

First time at Raco jewelry & I am so impressed! They were absolutely wonderful to work with - they walked me through everything and were very patient with my indecisiveness! I was pleasantly surprised with the selection (as the store looks small from outside) but I was blown away by the quality and the great sale prices! The staff here is wonderful! My Mom and sister and I have shopped here for years.We are especially fond of their estate collection. They repair our time pieces and have even designed special and unique pieces. A first rate jeweler! I live in Alaska and bring my pieces here for cleaning and repair!

Nice, genuine family business. You can tell that the owner definitely takes pride in presentation and quite knowledgeable in this field. Treated me with nothing but respect and customer service was 10/10. Didnt feel like I was getting shafted in the price either. Purchased two items so far in different time periods.

I needed 2 watch batteries & they were able to help me as I waited; done in about 15 minutes or so & some interesting items to check out while I waited. The cost was minimal and VERY REASONABLE. Friendly staff (the owners!) and a really neat place to visit. More items than just a jewelry store - worth stopping in to check it out

Just wanted to thank Carol and Ron for their great service. I had 3 watches serviced here. Two Rolex watches and an Oris. They all were serviced quickly and are running fantastic. I also bought a beautiful necklace here for my wife as well. Pricing was excellent to the service and quality received. Will be back again!

I first went to Raco last summer to get a marquis diamond bezel set and made into a necklace. They did an amazing job and it was very well priced. I actually went back this week to get earrings bezel set since I was so happy with the necklace. They are pleasant, accommodating and over all well priced and great to work with. Highly recommend.

When to RACO Jewelers to just to look as I was shopping for Christmas gifts for my family. The staff was professional and courteous Which was a plus , but what really sold me was The impressive selection. I was able to get the gifts I needed Christmas in just one stop.
