Well pump died Wednesday night, Called early Thursday morning Kris was at my house within the hour. Kris and his team had water back into my house by early afternoon. Very professional and highly recommend.

Had friend from true value recommend plumber, i called and Chris had someone there in three hours, Willie was awesome, new his work,friendly. problem over. would call again.

I called Koren Plumbing to have a new sink, faucet, and toilet installed. I soon found out how fortunate we were to have Willie handle the job for us. He is skilled, knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, and meticulous. We could not have been happier with the quality of his work. And the quoted price was met and very fair. We are now Koren customers and plan to use them for all of our plumbing needs. Do yourself a favor and call them.

Our water heater went so I Googled plumbers. Thankfully, we found Koren Plumbing. They were able to come out fast, quickly replace the water heater, and were reasonably priced. Had an emergency where our water pressure was non existent. Called bright and early around 8 am, Chris answered and said he would be out at 9. Me thinking to my self either 9pm or 9 am some other day but nope it was within the hour.
When he got to the issue he told me right away what he thought the problem was and started to fix it while explaining every step of the way to me. He didn't try to sell me anything extra just what needed to be done. Greatly respected that and he reassured me saying nothing seemed broken that just the system needed to be turned off a bit for the pump to catch back up.
Highly highly recommend these guys. Extremely satisfied with the quality work they do.

Kris and his crew were awesome. Always showed up on time or early. Very respectful and clean workers who covered our carpets and cleaned up after the job. Great quality of work. Did the job quickly and efficiently. We're very happy we hired them for our bathroom work!

Our main sewer line out of our house clogged and backed water up into our basement. We had someone on-site the day we called them and the whole thing fixed for a very reasonable price given the equipment and time needed for it. Repairman was courteous and professional.
