Dunkin'

This was an easy end and easy out ordering a head on the app was very easy and everyone on the team there was very pleasant. My coffee was made perfectly and there was no sugar left at the bottom because they actually stirred it! I was here on their free donut Wednesday, when I placed my order and they asked me what kind of free donut I would like. Even though I had stated it on the app that I wanted a jelly donut, they still inquired to make sure that they got my order correct. Definitely recommend this dunkin' donut location in Wilkes-Barre township!

They make my drink perfectly (as you know not all locations do). Super friendly staff. Even when jam-packed with orders they really are quite amazing.

I always go for the latte. Today purchased some breakfast, a great variety on their menu. Had an egg McMuffin 🥚 😋 🤪 😌 😜 was pretty good. Fresh hot 🔥 and delicious 😋

Got donuts but they dont have French crullers anymore. But they have other good donuts

I been going to this place for a few months now had one bad experience it got straightened out and it's been pretty good since so to the staff - management keep up the good work.

Was incredibly busy but my order was taken promptly and came out hot and correct. Especially like the sourdough breakfast sandwich- gas double eggs and not greasy bread.

I am from out of town doing some repair work. This location is very efficient with completing the orders and literally with 10 employees behind the counter. All working hard to work as quickly as possible. Good Job and well done. This location has a drive through and it moves fast. Finally, I asked for my mocha coffee to not be too sweet. They got it right.

This one on 309 made my coffee perfectly the food was good and fresh service was excellent

I usually come in when there's a bunch of teenagers working, and they do an awesome job always have my drinks made quick and good! 👍🏼

Love this dunkin team, my order mistakes are far and few between and they always handle it. All of you whining about the lobby still being closed should maybe go work there, they are hiring. right now they are short staffed so they dont have the man power to run the counter and the drive thru. sheeeesh

One of the best Dunkins in the area! Fast service. Coffee always fresh and hot! On the go orders are done immediately not like some others where you go to pick it up and it's not even done.

Very clean. Most of the employees were very nice. All the food and drinks were very fresh.

I usually have to go to dunkins in drums and they can never get my drink right they refuse so it was nice going and ordering and getting the right drink and fast service no used to that in drums

This is a relatively new Dunkin so the building is nice. I haven't had a problem here, but sometimes it gets really busy. Oh, one time I was with a bunch of family and an older gentleman seemed to 'poo poo' me for being too loud. Couldn't tell for sure though because I couldn't hear him. Can't hold that against DD!

Service was great iced coffee was good.
