South Williamsport Dog Park

I really like this dog park and the cool thing is that if you bring your family you can split up and chill with your dog at the park and right BEHIND THE DIG PARK IS A KID PARK and TRAIL! The upkeep is great too! Definitely recommend if you’re trying to get out the house for a bit and you have kids and pet(s).

Clean, well kept dog park. we were traveling south via US 15 S and this was an easy off/on the highway location. quite grassy, bags, water and toys were available, plus several benches for doggie parents. There is a fenced area for large and small dogs. The people were friendly and the dogs were well behaved when we stopped by. We'll be back.

Great park that isn’t ever too busy! Park is well kept and a helpful escape with our dogs.

Great park for dogs and humans. Two fenced in parks, with several adjacent fields and walking paths.

Excellent and well kept. Plenty of room for our boy Luke to play and the other dogs he has played with have always provided him with a good (tiring) time. There is a water spigot and large water bowl which is nice and there are actually two large fenced areas, one for large dogs and one for small (under 30 lbs.) dogs. There is a Facebook page for the park, we made a post there and within 30 minutes there were 4 dogs there for playtime. it was great!

Very open, lots of playground equipment for the kiddos and lots of friendly dogs in n out all day! Very beautiful scenery as well & very clean!

Great space. People are friendly. A few trees, some benches, fresh water supply. Always lots of toys left around. Separate small and large dog areas. Almost always someone to play with when we get there. Definitely our preferred dog park in Williamsport.

Nice park with a section for smaller dogs, and one for bigger dogs. They also provide toys and bags to clean up after your dog.

Very open area for kids to play

Love the inclusivity of this park. My girls are pits and they are not shunned here and love coming to play with all of the different breeds of dogs that come here. The park is always clean and maintained.

They have two separate fenced areas for dogs which makes it nice if you need to separate your dog from others. They have a beautiful walking path and trash cans and poop bags along the way for convenience.

The park is amazing in some ways and honestly there is some amazing people that go there that are fun to be around and so on. The park now has exercising equipment that has been added around the path that people can use while around the park and is a nice addition and i thought it is pretty cool of the people to add such,so thanks so very much and i hope you hard working individuals,amazing individuals and such who i mean have a amazing life ahead.

The park is well maintained, with waste disposal bags and some toys provided. The people are very friendly and generally well mannered. All in all it is a great place to take your dog and just hangout with good like minded individuals.

Nice place. If I could choose one improvement I saw in another park was a canvas canopy area with benches for people to have some shade. Besides that it's a great place to go with your dog.

This facility is located at the former South (Side) Williamsport pool complex nestled in the town park. There is plenty of room in the fenced area for your best friend to play and catch up on gossip with their furry peers. And after your 🐕 is finished socializing the park offers several miles of paved paths to explore.

This is a wonderful place to take your dog to so that they can run and play and enjoy themselves. They have enclosed the area with a fence so that the dogs can run around without a leash. Beautiful Park!!!

It's well taken care of. Parking is close. I didn't see the rest rooms. I didn't hear any one complain. Lots of walking space. Nice to picnic.

South side is always lovely. Beautiful place with lots of equipment for kiddos to have a blast. Lots of seating and picnic space! Dog park is beautiful. Great place !

I attended a running race here. They have ball fields, volleyball and pavilions. There are many paved paths throughout the park and ample parking. You could walk or run 1 mile plus loops through the flat paths in the park or venture onto the attached paved path system that stretches all the way to Wal-Mart in Montoursville.
