I purchased a custom-made engagement ring designed by Elva that the second I saw it I knew instantly that was the one. We had also purchased her matching wedding band and my wedding band which we are very happy with our choices. Im a man that doesn’t like any type of jewelry on my wrist or fingers. It just really bothers me, but they were able to find a lightweight ring with a special type of smooth inside metal that is actually comfortable for me to wear. They were very helpful, kind and courteous, and we would recommend them to anyone looking for wedding rings or jewelry for that matter!!

Melissa was wonderful to work with! She was very patient as we went through ring options & helped us find the right ones to fit our budget. Very thankful we met with her as she was our inspiration to elope this coming December! She’s incredibly sweet and attentive to her customers. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience at Valentine’s!

This is my original diamond and for my 25 anniversary you added the baguettes for me! I have loved it but needed it resized for my finger so I wasn’t wearing it! You did it and cleaned it. I wanted to wear it again because we just celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary!! Thank you!

Bethanie was a great help in the process of getting my engagement ring resized. My fiancé also had two watches that that needed to be repaired and they were able to send them out to be fixed as well. When picking up the finished pieces we shopped around and I found the most beautiful pearl earrings. The store also offered flowers and chocolates for the Valentine’s Day holiday approaching. We absolutely loved our experience here and we will most definitely be returning in the future.

Took my daughter here to get her ears pierced. Jessica was so sweet and good with her. She was quick and they turned out perfect!

I can not say enough about how wonderful my first experience was with Valentine’s! My sister and I went to get matching permanent jewelry.
