Denise was incredibly helpful to me with picking out the perfect engagement ring!! She was very detailed when i was describing exactly what i was looking for. I live in Philly now, but that did not stop her from going out of her way to make the entire process as easy and smooth as possible. She sent me pictures of the diamond as it came in and as the ring was finalized. Denise was absolutely fantastic to work with! I couldn’t recommend Tovon and Co enough, i would go back without hesitation!

Absolutely in love with our purchase! We went shopping to update my wedding set. I did not expect to purchase anything on that first day. Denise was so helpful and explained all the different ring options and budgets. The first ring I saw was one that was custom made by Mr. Tovon. I kept coming back to that one ring no matter how many others I tried. We knew it was the one. It feels like it was made just for me. I cann’t say enough great things about Tommy & his staff, Denise & Denise!! They all have gone above in beyond with their service & friendliness! Tommy custom designed both my diamond wedding band & also my anniversary eternity ring for me. Both times, he sat down with my husband and I, and asked exactly what I had in mind- and boy did he deliver both times! Both rings are absolutely gorgeous and more beautiful than I had envisioned they would be. And the quick turnaround time was also unbelievable. I really can’t thank you enough!!

I purchased an engagement ring from here and it was everything we had been looking for down to every last detail. The manager, Denise was extremely nice, helpful and amazing to work with. This place is unlike any other, they truly care about your experience and making this occasional special for you. The ring itself was absolutely breathtaking. I also ordered it only a short period of time before the special occasion I had planned and they did an amazing job getting it to me on time before the occasion!

Absolutely blown away by the quality of this ring! I came in with my partner and explained what I was looking for (I’m super picky) with some photos from Pinterest for reference. Rose gold ring with a garnet center stone was my baseline request. This man hit it out of the park! Everything I could’ve ever dreamed of in an engagement ring. If you’re looking for custom designed jewelry, I highly recommend Tovan! An added bonus, his prices are very reasonable. On a side note, I said yes!

Love Mr Tovan and the staff, everyone is happy very helpful and just so personable. Had earnings specially made and they turned out amazing so happy I wanted to give them to my husband the day I picked them up.... but waited until Christmas. Thank you all so much!! Honestly I was quite scared to even consider entering the store as college student with a budget, but Denise was so helpful with finding something I loved while also being perfectly in my price range. It was such a great experience and my nerves were completely alleviated. Will absolutely be shopping there again in the future. It felt like I made some great new friends!

I was looking for a Ruby pendant for an anniversary gift and found exactly what I wanted at Tovon & Co. I went to other jewelers and looked at several
rubies but none really jumped out at me. One stop at Tovon’s was all it took. Tommy went out of his way to find the best Ruby I’ve seen after weeks of looking. He ensured it was in the price range I set. The custom bezel setting was perfect. The ladies working there were very friendly and helpful, even contacting me by phone to confirm details of my order.

Been going with Tovan and Co for my fiancés jewelry and I must say they are simply awesome! Denise helped me with getting my fiancé’s engagement ring to diamond ear studs and now just recently getting our wedding bands !! I keep going back to them because they make you feel welcome and they are so knowledgeable and helpful when looking for that special gift. So happy with the visit my wife and I made to Tovon. She had been having some problems with her engagement ring setting - prongs bending, metal being worn away at the base - and we thought we'd have to invest in a new setting. Denise took a look and discussed the options with us but explained that in the end we didn't need a new setting if we didn't want one. She could've led us down a completely different path and gotten a lot more money from us, but in the end was just honest and made my wife so incredibly happy because she was able to keep her original setting. Will definitely return!
