Coopers is a great place!
They appreciate their customers, are transparent, and will not make you pay an arm and a leg for parts/labor.

Camping in the Area. Had a Vacuum Pump go bad. My Husband was able to remove it, and Purchase a new one, but with limited resources he was unable to get the Pulley onto the Pump. We went to 3 Different places. They were either unwilling or Unable to help us. Cooper's Saved the Day. In a few minutes he had are Part Ready ,and We we're on Our Way. Nice to See A True Family Business still Around.

Great place! Would not go anywhere else. The owner is amazing. He actually treats you like family. He went out of his way for me in helping me buy a car. Checked to see if it was in good shape and even helped me through the entire process of buying it. Absolutely love everyone here!

A few months ago I took my car to get an oil change at the Valvoline and Austintown. They charged me $75 for an oil change and a light bulb replacement. They told me I was also due for an radiator flush and a transmission fluid change and that it would cost $275. I told them I would wait on that at the moment.

Today I got another oil change at Coopers in Hermitage. The oil change cost me $30 plus tax and while I was there I asked about getting my radiator and my transmission flushed because I have a 150000 miles on my car, because I was told it needed done. The owner told me that because I don't have a filter in my car for the transmission that it wasn't necessary and neither was the radiator flush and it was a big waste of money and therefore he saved me $300.

I then asked him about getting my timing belt changed because with this many miles on my car it would be really important to get something like that done since it's a maintenance issue he told me that I should get it done immediately and that some people have had theirs changed twice by the time I have my change now. So then we looked to see what type mine would take and then we found out that mine has a chain and therefore is not necessary to change either. So today I normally would have spent around $600 but instead I spent only $30 for an all change and that's all thanks to the honesty and kindness of the people at Coopers in Hermitage.

If you are looking for a place that won't rip you off and does a really good job on your vehicles please give Cooper's a chance. You won't be disappointed.

My all-time favorite mechanic's shop I've had the pleasure of dealing with. Very accommodating, exceptional prices, goes above and beyond to ensure you're taken care of and very reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

Very reasonably priced. Squeezed us in for an emergency repair. Took all 3 vehicles back for inspection. Did good job. Was very informative on what neede repaired and why. Can take up to 1 1/2 weeks to get an appointment but thats only because they are that good.

I would leave six stars if I could but 5 is all I can do. I can not say enough about the owner Phil. I was stuck in a pinch twice this week with two of my trucks and with owning a business my trucks can’t be down. It just so happen that when i had the issue it was almost closing time and he was willing to do whatever needed to be done to get me running. He is totally my go to guy when I need work done on any of my vehicles and the attention to detail and above and beyond. Thanks Coopers Auto Repair!!!
