I couldn’t be happier with a pharmacy. Every employee is pleasant and can’t do enough to help you. After reading some of these reviews I can’t help but wonder if these people were really shopping at Harrolds or one of the chain pharmacy’s. Keep up the good work Bruce and staff. Thank you for great service!!!!

Bruce , Carol and Julie were the pharmaceutical Team that worked closely with my Oncology Team and were able to help me when I was battling cancer . We had no idea of what medications I should use in order for me to continue to recover at home rather than being in the hospital .
Bruce and his Team figured it out . As an end result I was discharged and The Harolds Pharmacy Team set me up in my home . I transferred all of my medications from a National Pharmacy to Harrolds pharmacy and have gone from Poor Customer Service to OUTSTANDING Customer Service.

I agree with Lynn’s review…I can’t fathom how anyone could give this pharmacy less than 4 stars (if you choose a 1 star, I think you may have had an unusual experience for this pharmacy or may be impossible to please). In my experience, Harrold’s goes above and beyond in customer service. I was beyond impressed. When 3 other chain pharmacies were completely unable to fill my dog’s medication, Harrold’s was able to get it quickly. Prices are reasonable. Customer Service is far above excellent and they’re very communicative. The store is also quite unique and sells a variety of interesting and necessary products. I love this place and grateful they exist!

I love Harold's... I get irritated when I get there and my meds aren't ready but they are totally understaffed and they do there best with the few workers they have!!! They really do care about there customers!!!! I appreciate them!!!!

Just switched today, after 38 years with Rite Aid. Rite Aid charges for deliveries now!!
Harrold's employee, Jada, was so kind to help me transfer my meds to Harrold's.

We switched to Harrold's a few years ago and I've been very happy with their service. I'm there several times a month for prescriptions and while they may get busy I'm always happy with the service. I'm happy that they are busy because it means a lot of people are shopping local. :)

I can't understand why anyone would give this place one star. Nobody is perfect and sometimes humans make mistakes. I have never had a problem with customer service here. Every employee I have encountered has been respectful and nice. Wonderful pharmacy.

The pharmacy staff is great. The services that Harrolds provide is excellent. There is a great communication with them and me especially with drug interactions and knowledge of new medicines that I start. The owner always takes time to say hi, and ask if we have any questions when we are there. The new place is wonderful.

They are very friendly. They go out of their way to help you. They deliver which is great. I would highly recommend this pharmacy.

Keeping money in the local pharmacy instead of going to a chain like CVS OR RITE AID. The people at Harold's is always nice and if one person doesn't know the answer they find someone who does.

I went for bloodwork here. It was quick and the girl was very gentle and pleasant. I had no problems at all. I will go back. I'm glad that their hours are till 4 because most places are only open until 3 for bloodwork. It fits my work schedule.

Very small, but had all the things I needed for a deep leg wound. Pricing very fair and reasonable. Willing to order items not in stock. Able to go in and get out in good time ***WARNING: customer service is extremely horrible. Once you get the attention of an employee, they are neither personable nor helpful if you have additional questions regarding your purchase or other items. The employees are rude and ignore customers.***

Very helpful in getting all of my mom’s essentials that she needs and they ship to her home! Staff is kind, helpful and very courteous!!

Received a CAM boot from here. The gentleman discused and informed me of the device, fitted and set it. Prompt service with great customer service.
