Nino's Pizza & Ice Cream

Ordered a small, pepperoni pizza that was delicious. This place gets busy, so order accordingly. Parking is on both sides of the building. Pepsi products are available in the cooler for take-out. Ice cream is sold on the right side of the building, the takeout and restaurant are accessible on the left side.

So my mother and I were traveling through the area when we were looking for some food being it a Sunday 03/03/2024 not much was open but we found this place and it was very busy at the time. We were still greeted at the door we were told have a seat at the only table available so we did. There was only one waitress and she was running around like crazy but never once seamed frustrated or annoyed or anything she did her job very well. And the food was fast and very good as well I will definitely be back and to the waitress on my Receipt the name says Stella you were wonderful thanks again

This is a great place for a cold beer and a pizza. We shared a delicious burger. The meals looked very good. We will definitely be back again.

Great Food. I usually get the Lasagne. Very good. Very large, I always take about half home. Hot Lots of sauce. Two of my friends get the Spaghetti. They really like it. And they always have some left over to take home. Their Pizza is very good also. It's a small place and they get very busy around 5pm, so go early.

Delicious food and quick service, I am a big fan of their chicken wings and all their fun flavors. All of their fish is cooked well and full of flavor. Sadly, I did not get the chance to try their famous ice cream!

Where to even begin! Everything on this menu is good. I’ve had their wings, mozzarella sticks, fries, pizza, hoagies and cheesesteak subs. Something for everyone there. The staff is so friendly and the prices are very fair. Definitely be back to try some more menu items!

The meatball parm was great! The bread was super fresh AND the peanut butter jelly burger was DELICIOUS highly recommend!

Amazing food and amazing service. It was our first time going and we ordered baby back ribs, pagash, a plain pie, and a sausage Parm sandwich. When I say everything & I mean EVERYTHING was so delicious. We are big foodies and self proclaimed food critics LOL. Their ribs was tender, packed with flavor, and fall of the bone delicious. Their pagash is the best in Luzerne and Lackawanna county combined. 100/10. I can't wait to come back

This was our first time here. It was so relaxing and the food was so delicious. Everything that we ordered was cooked perfectly. The prices were so reasonable. The waitress was so friendly and upbeat. It was an enjoyable dinning experience. We are looking forward to going back soon.

Got takeout this weekend. Hot roast beef was the best I have ever had. Wife loved the lazana. Everyone there is always so friendly and helpful. They welcome you as soon as you walk in and are very quick for being so busy. If you haven't eaten here you need to try it. If you have been here once, you know what it meant. Keep up the great work.

Great place to go for various food options. Ice cream shack is awesome. Prices are reasonable. Best choice in the area for the times we don't want to make dinner every few months.

My friend and I were returning from a hiking trip to Ricketts Glen State Park and looking for a place to eat. Just by chance we went by Nino's. My friend asked me what I thought and I said why not. We had never eaten there or even knew of any reviews of the restaurant.

Upon entry, the place looked very nice. It looked like an upscale pizza place. There was a board with several specials displayed with items such as Ribeye and Delmonico steaks and some really tasty sounding seafood like crab cakes and salmon.

My friend and I were interested in the steaks but weren't sure considering it was, in all actuality, a pizza place. We decided to ask our server, Judy, about the food. I asked her what her choice would be between the crab cakes and the Ribeye? She suggested the Ribeye but to add a crab cake. I believe the steaks are served on Fridays and Saturdays so it might be a good idea to confirm that.

She was extremely confident and proclaimed that Nino's had the best food around and made similar claims particularly about the steaks and also the seafood. I jokingly told her that she was making a bold claim about the food but I said I would give her suggestion a try! My friend decided on the Delmonico steak. She was extremely friendly and my friend and I were extremely impressed by her.

Both of our meals came with salads which were very good. Our steaks arrived and they looked amazing! I cannot begin to tell you how delicious our steaks were!! The crab cake was equally amazing! We both also had baked potatoes and they were cooked to perfection! The food certainly lived up to Judy's claims!! The service was stellar and the atmosphere was fantastic!

If you are ever in the Shickshinny area, do yourself a big favor and give it a try! Thanks for the wonderful suggestions and friendly service!

Always good food. Amazing people work there. Owners are awesome. The pizza maker is awesome and makes the pizza so good and is always on point. The know my fiancée as Tony on the mountain lol. The staff also are very nice and pleasant. Very clean place to eat at.

Very good food. I do suggest they get more girls to work though! They get packed and that is very understandable when you taste their food! They need more help for customers. I have been there a few times and never had an issue, other than the one older lady who is very nice, she does most of the grunt work and she cannot be everywhere at once. The place is also very clean, never a mess, the atmosphere is great and the food is great. Did I mention the food is so good? :)

We love the food here. There Sicilian pizza and wings are excellent. Always very friendly one of our favorite places.
