I brought two tires to be mounted, balanced and put on my vehicle. Exceptional service and fair price. Cost 63.50 with tax. Staff was helpful and I was on my way in about a half hour. I would definitely recommend Tire Choice.

Always great dealing with Mike, he always takes care of me. He is honest and caring. If I have an emergency, he always try his very best to squeeze me in.

The manager here is always so great! So friendly and nice to talk too. He offered me a few price options for my tires and I didn’t feel pressured to buy the most expensive one. Overall, nice experience every time I come here. I also feel like, as a woman, sometimes I get taken advantage of because I know nothing about cars, this is the only place I’ve gone where I don’t feel that way. They don’t point out a bunch of things “needing replaced”. Very trustworthy

Great place to get car repairs and tires and inspections. Mike is knowledgeable and friendly and the mechanics do a great job.

Needed a last minute inspection. Driving down the road and happened to see them so I stopped. They did my inspection while we ate in Perkins across the street. Great quick service, was done within an hour! The staff were friendly and knowledgeable too.

Got a screw in my front tire. Very fast and professional service, was on my way in less than 30 minutes.

I have been coming here for 17 years. I can’t find the compassion that they show at many places. They have worked on all of my cars and I will always come back.

Amazing! I came in on a very flat tire on a Sunday everywhere else was closed these guys were amazing! They didn’t have my tire size but still made sure to fix my tire and ensured I could leave and drive safely! I cannot appreciate this company enough they really do care! Highly highly recommend them

This place is a godsend. I've been dealing with wobbling in my truck for awhile. A few places told me it was the front end. Tire choice diagnosed it.. a rear tire was just out of balance. Saved me a ton of cash.. these dudes are cool..

Great fast service. I needed 2 tires mounted and I was in and out in about 40 minutes. I will reccomend them and be back when new tires are needed.

I had an issue with my car,I called to make an appointment. I spoke with the assistant manager Billy . He was 150 percent professional on the phone and even more in person. Even though they were super busy he still got me in. He kept me posted step by step as I waited , the experience was amazing and me and my husband will definitely be going there from now on . It's nice to finally see people who actually care about your car and safety, and not just trying to take all your money ! Amazing experience !!!

I was traveling to Upstate New York for the holidays with my wife and three young daughters when the alternator in my truck failed on I-81N just south of Wilkes Barre - at 11pm! We didn't know anyone in the area, so we asked the towing company for a recommendation of a shop we could trust, and preferably one close to a hotel where we could stay. They quickly recommended the guys at Monro. We had the truck towed in at 1am, and were there to meet them when the shop opened at 7:30. The whole team was very gracious and understanding of our situation. They told us they would prioritize the truck, and by 9am, we were driving north. The team was very generous, and worked hard to give us a great price for the unexpected repair four days before Christmas. My family and I are so grateful for the chance to meet these folks and for the great service the provided.

Before I went in, the rod to hold the lug nut on one of my tires was damaged, but I only set up an appointment for an oil change. They noticed that the rod was busted and offered me a very reasonable price. Mike and Billy do a magnificent job managing the place.

The crew at Monro in Wilkes Barre are great guys. Took my car in for brake pads but was told I had a sticking caliper as well. Not only were they able to get my car back on the road, they were able to quickly and at a great price. Bill was able to explain everything in language that even the most unknowing of customers would understand. I would recommend Monro to anyone looking for work to be done on their car. It’s good to find an honest shop that’s truly concerned about their customers and their cars. I will definitely be returning for whatever else my car needs done!
