Tim created a design that made use of the empty spaces in our kitchen and also allowed us to open our fridge doors all the way! From beginning to finish Tim and his crew did everything to our satisfaction to a reasonable price. Thanks!

Ginder Kitchens and Bathrooms made the whole experience of remodeling positive. From the start Tim helped us with choices for our bathrooms, had awesome workmen, kept us in the loop with daily progress and what to expect each day. His crew was polite, courteous, and made sure everything was cleaned up each day. Even though our bathrooms were completed Tim helped us with an issue we had with a different company. I would highly recommend using Ginder for your bathroom in the future.

Great family run business, and they really bend over backwards to make sure you’re satisfied.

This is a great remodeling company. They remodeled an elderly family member’s kitchen when she was ready to sell her house and it looked great! Would definitely recommend.

I wonder Mr Ginder is still in the business! He came to my place on two occasions. Once to give estimate for bathroom remodeling and second time for Kitchen remodeling. Second time he forgot the appointment so we had to remind him. He has pleasant personality but we never got any estimates for our projects. Called couple times and then I gave up. I can understand if he is busy but if that is the case he should not come and waste our time.
In response the owner claims that he has estimates on file and work without return, if you do not convey the estimates to customers how do you expect return? With the history I would not do any business with you anyway. My review is posted for others to let them know what I experienced.

To start I typically do not like to write negative reviews, however this is more of a informational heads up for future clients. Full disclosure we did not use Ginder for our project, so I will not speak to work quality. While there were some small logistical issues with our appointments disappearing from their calendar, this was a manageable problem. When we finally met for our design appointment thing started out well. Tim seemed knowledgeable and presented some good ideas and takeaways. Previously we were informed that the job could not start until February 2023, OK no problem we could accommodate the timeframe. To us the deal breaker came when we were told we had to give them a deposit of 20% now, March 2022, which was thousands of dollars. Well we were surprised as we have dealt with many contractors in the past and never encountered an 11 month deposit period. When we questioned if it would be more appropriate to wait until it was time to begin ordering the supplies for the job to get the deposit, the meeting stopped and we were asked to leave. So just a heads up, for us this did not feel comfortable, if you feel different, that would be your call.

Owner doesn't know what he tells installers and expected us to blindly listen.

Yeah maybe hold a paint brush before you tell people that can read rule what to do

Edit in response: I was asked to leave because Tim fails to respond to installers when his instructions aren't accurate because he fails to understand install management and only focuses on sales.

The exact reason I was fired was because I tried for a full day to get ahold of him (multiple calls and texts) and went out of my way to go to the shop to make him aware that his instructions for the day were filled but there was no base mold to prep or any other work to do and over 5 hours did not respond. Was met with a "go home" and so I went. Got a text several hours later telling me I was fired because he failed to have enough courage to say it in person

Also incredibly shady about paying employees that leave or quit. Was told I would be paid the Tuesday after end date (12/9/20) and didn't receive my check until 12/29/2020 far outside of legal range.
