Med Plus Uniforms & Scrubs

There was one young lady in the store. I did not experience rude behavior. She allowed me space to look around and assisted me when I asked for it. A good experience my first time there.

I was at your store today and was helped by a very nice young lady. From the moment I came in she took excellent care of me. She even checked your other store for what I needed. I didn't get her name, but she was very kind and helpful from start to finish. Excellent customer service!!

After speaking with Tanya, the manager, I had several questions concerning the delay of my order. Within several minutes, the owner Mary Lynn (I apologize if that spelling is incorrect) called to apologize and explain why the delay occurred. She was EXTREMELY professional and explanatory and called a SECOND time -- just to confirm that she spoke to the company and they are going to expedite my order. I will GLADLY return to her store in the future for any of my future uniform needs!

I have shopped in the Wilkes Barre store many times. Very friendly staff and had a great selection of scrubs. I needed a few things embroidered but I had my scrubs in a timely fashion. I’ve done some online comparisons and their prices are fantastic! I highly recommend!

Needed to order a scrub uniform for my ABSN program that I am starting in the Fall. First, I ordered it online & called to order the embroidery to find out that I ordered the uniform online incorrectly. TANYA WAS AN ABSOLUTE SAINT!! Not only did she tell me this so I was aware, but she even went out of her way to call the right person to have my order cancelled. I was so thankful that she handled this for me before it got too late. Then, she was completely knowledgable on the scrubs sizing. I am really short, so ordering online never works. She recommended a brand of scrubs that are accepted for my program, that do not run as big, and helped me decide the best size. She was punctual, over the top helpful, and I was so fortunate for her assistance today!! One more step closer to starting my BSN! THANK YOU TANYA!

I have been here multiple times and always had good experiences. They have huge collection with different colors and sizes. Everything is well organized to find easily. Girls were helpful . Prices are great.

Went in to buy my favorite scrubs, Grey’s Anatomy, and was welcomed by two amazingly sweet ladies that worked there. They were helpful when I needed assistance to get a dressing room and so friendly when I was checking out. I can’t wait to go back and purchase more. Thanks ladies!

These women were AMAZING. Went well beyond what was expected. Long story short, Tonya and Brooke stayed 15 minutes past closing time for me because I was running behind. They were so kind and courteous. I will be coming here for alllll my scrub needs. THANK YOU SO MUCH.💛
