Beware One Kings Lane implemented a 15% retock policy on returns. This is a policy that started in June. I have purchased from them in the past and did not have this issue. I called to request the 15% be waived since I had talked to an agent prior to purchase to confirm that the item was returnable. They confirmed that the item could be returned but DID NOT explain their new policy. I requested the 15% retock be waived and they said NO it is stated on our website. If you are on a product page it states if an item is returnable and in small print to link to the policy. BUT even when you to the link, it only takes you the FAQ page. You would only find the 15% restock verbiage if you scroll through ALL of the FAQS. The link does not take you to the specific question in reference to returns. The customer service department was not at all helpful and the call center agents need to be trained to explan the policy when asked about returns. Very Disappointed in how One Kings Lane handled this.. I contacted all of the interior designers that I work with to warn the of this new policy.

Very BAD experience. Ordered 2 matching sofas. 9 months later still waiting for the second sofa. 4 damaged deliveries and HORRIBLE customer service. No call backs and no follow through.

All these one star reviews exist for a reason. Absolutely horrible company.
