I cannot speak highly enough of the exceptional service provided by Elek Plumbing. Saul, Brandy, Jay, and Johna recently installed a Rinnai tankless water heater in my home, and the experience was truly outstanding from start to finish.

From the initial consultation to the final installation, the team demonstrated the utmost professionalism and expertise. I have been a customer of Elek's for over 16 years. Over that time they have always been there when I needed them. They are reputable and honest. Although my most recent job was a major undertaking, (sewer main replacement), Elek did not disappoint. From start to finish, Derrick was a pleasure to work with — we agreed on a course of action & price/payment for the repair and the Elek team was able to promptly start on the replacement. Even with the weather being less then ideal for this exterior commercial job, the Elek team stuck with it and ensured the tenants’ water/sewer was functional every night. Elek’s professionalism and quality are something to be proud of. They have 1st rate crew, Brady, Dax, Saul, Steve, and the rest of the team were awesome and I would highly recommend them. I can say they were good 16yrs ago but have only gotten better since, great job guys!

Rusting sixty-year-old cast-iron sewer line under a concrete slab addition. Yikes! Elek's crew replaced it in one day. I am so relieved! I have struggled with trying to find a reliable, personable, and professional plumbing service company for the entire thirty-five years we have been in this house. I've finally found one. My thanks to everyone at Elek involved in this project: Derrick, Brady, Steve, Dax, and Jon N. I can't believe how easy it was to solve this problem once I found Elek. I have used Elek Plumbing for years and have always found them to do a great job. Recently I had an annual inspection done in my home. I was impressed with the thorough job they did. They were wonderful to work with and took the time to explain any questions I had. Kudos to Josh and Mick for a job well done. I highly recommend Elek Plumbing.

I highly recommend Elek plumbing. We have used them many times to replace toilets, install a vanity and just regular plumbing issues. Yesterday, we had a leak in our kitchen sink and called first thing in the morning. They sent Gil out and he was so polite and professional. Took care of the problem quickly and efficiently. I wouldnt use any other plumbing outfit in the valley!

Elek Plumbing responded to an emergency call this morning based on a potential leak/burst risk to corroded pipes. My initial reaction to the quote, not having the opportunity to be on premises at the time, was alarming. That was until I was more fully informed of the extent of what actually needed fixing both to address the issue and code violations that prior plumbers were responsible for - something I was not aware at the time. My staff was kind enough to share photos of the finished work, and true to the general manager's assurance that the results will be professional, the fixes indeed were. Valves were added, pipes and fittings replaced, and other elements that had no business being installed prior to the Elek technician's visit were removed.

I know the general manager is reading this review, and I appreciate getting a chance to rewrite my statements. The work was necessary, and thankfully well done.

Once again, Elek Plumbing has proven the right choice to call.

A self-piercing saddle valve recently installed by a HVAC company for a home humidifier spring a leak. Those same HVAC installers arrived the following week to repair. However, the very next day, the same valve not only leaked, but sprayed water all over the floor. It leaked into the front office. This time I called Elek and they replace the saddle valve with a 1/2 tee with a valve I could actually turn on/off.

I'm furious with the HVAC company that risked major water damage in my office.

Conversely, I'm grateful for Elek plumbing. They arrived that morning to fix a mistake someone else did, and was professional the whole time. Thanks for proving there are a few businesses out there that will perform to the best of their ability, and not try to cut corners.

I have had several interactions with Elek and everyone is so nice. They go above and beyond to help their customers. They were called out to help us and a job that would have taken an hour took them over 3hrs. They stayed until our clog was removed.
Their customer service is the best. I called the office to ask a question, and spoke to Marisol she was so friendly, caring and thoughtful. Best customer hands down

I have used Elek Plumbing numerous times over the past few years for various reasons, both planned and unplanned. It has always been an easy process to schedule an appointment, and also to contact them after hours and set up an emergency visit. Their technicians have always been professional and good at explaining what is needed and the pricing (which I believe is always fair), and with answering any questions I may have. Marisol, who typically answers the phone, is very friendly and a joy to speak with when scheduling appointments, and I like that you can request a specific technician if desired, and if the schedule allows (I usually request Jody, who always does an excellent job). Top notch service all around.

I wish I could give 6 stars. Since purchasing my house a couple of years ago, we have had numerous plumbers for problems with our main line. Elek Plumbing is the only company that has gotten to the root of the issue. Dax and Brady were beyond exceptional, on time, and communicative. They did an incredible job at mitigating our concerns in a timely manner and at a reasonable price.

From the first phone call to the prompt service. Everything about ELEK was amazing. Jody had our problem diagnosed in no time and her attention to detail is incredible. Very thorough and professional. We have found our new plumbers!

Josh did a BEAUTIFUL job installing a 50 gallon water heater in my newly purchased house. Definitely an upgrade compared to the dinosaur of a unit that it replaced. Will always recommend Elek plumbing to anyone with plumbing troubles!

Elek Plumbing saved the day. Jody did a great job and I will always request her for our plumbing issues. She was at our house within an hour of my call..The issue was completely fixed and Jody made sure everything was working properly before leaving. One of my favorite things about Elek (Ive been using them for 4 years now for 2 issues and plumbing upgrades) is that they tell you the cost before starting, and that is what is charged. They are very up front about the cost. Highly recommend Elek Plumbing!

Jody arrived today to fix a leaking shower head and sink faucet. She was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, clean, and an absolute delight! She took the time to explain the work that needed to be done, the cost surrounding that work, answered all my questions and provided great advice. I will not hesitate to call her again if I need any additional plumbing services.

I have had two experiences with Elek Plumbing and I can honestly say that I will not use anyone else.

I had a water leak in my house and called them. The insurance company wanted a plumber in before they sent in an adjuster and ServPro. They were referred to me by ServPro.

When I called, Marisol was wonderful, efficient and took great care of me. The plumbers, Demaro and Elvis, were the best. They were not only good but very pleasant and easy to talk to. I was very pleased.

I needed a plumber again and called Elek. The next day Jody was the plumber who took care of me. She was nothing short of amazing and as nice and polite as could be. She did a wonderful job.

Elek will be my plumber from now on.

I called into Elek plumbing and got a hold of Nate who helped me get a plumber out to my house not long after calling! Gilchrist was the guys name and he did a great job! I couldn’t have asked for more. My new go to guys! Nate and Gilchrist!!

Easy experience from the phone call and scheduling, to the tech arriving the same day in only a few hours. Not even an emergency!

Our home was visited by Gil. He walked with me to review all of the projects we need done. He was thorough and took the time to explain everything and even helped prioritize what should be done first and what could wait. I was also left with an itemized detailed list of my projects and what each one will cost. There was zero pressure and I can pick to do each project now or in steps.

It’s been a long time since I’ve felt that comfortable with a contractor in my home and not trying to upsell or get me to agree to something I don’t need.

I love Elek plumbing and have been using them (and recommending them) for years. They are always quick to come out for to a service call and help with whatever I need. Today, they sent Gil W. and he was just fantastic. Took care of the issues with the shower and gave me tips on what to do with the sink - I know I will be asking form him to be the one to come back in January to take care of it; and he even disconnected my hose as he was leaving!
