I want to thank the most friendly and courteous Gentleman Mail carrier that has been delivering our mail and packages for the last 16 years on Oak Grove School Road. Jim and I were told that you were retiring and we’d like to send our Congratulations to you. You were the best. Enjoy your retirement with family and friends. (I apologize for not remembering your name though.)

I was weak and unable to stand up on my walker to wait for the VanGo bus to pick me and my homemaker back up for me to return home. My homemaker asked for a stool for me to sit down in the lobby, and the postal worker provided me one to sit on until the bus came.

Great service, the gentleman at the counter with the glasses was exceptionally patient with myself and the several customers coming in and out.

The lebanon post office has decided that I moved from my residence that I have been at for over 5 years, and they won’t deliver my mail and have kept some my loose mail hanging around for months and sent back everything else. My sisters wedding was 3 weeks ago and my returned invitation which was sent out 2 months ago was returned today. I have called, I have gone into the office multiple times. I have left notes in my mailbox taped. I have tracked the postal workers through town and have told each and every person and yet they still won’t deliver my mail. I am outraged and have not received my mail for over 7 months now! I’m hopeless at this point. I have had several checks, confidential mail. Medical information and every other kind of mail taken from me with no care. I STILL LIVE IN MY HOME!

my mail is constantly getting lost or stolen, and no one ever does anything about it. i've been told i will be contacted multiple times, and now it's been over three weeks since my lost package was delivered to someone else, and they still have not even attempted to find it for me.

As an employee and former carrier it is extremely frustrating to that my packages are continuously being delivered opened or tampered with. Law school photos clearly marked do not bend bent.
