Grateful Roast Cafe and Coffee Roaster

Cozy spot with tasty sandwiches and delicious drinks. We had Chai tea, one sandwich with Pork Roll, and the other with Turkey and a sweet/spicy Jalapeño topping. Both were reasonably priced and served hot. Local art is displayed and for sale. Parking is a shared lot with the other stores, but we had no trouble finding spaces.

I honestly didn’t know about this place until a fellow student mentioned it to me. We’re nursing students at LCCC. Now that the rest of us know, I’m in here about twice a week! The coffee is amazing and they have my Jersey girl heart with Taylor ham sandwich! Definitely makes studying better with a great cup of coffee and a friendly atmosphere. Even learn a lot about coffee and expanding my coffee palate. I love coming here to study.

Tofu scramble wrap was so filling and delicious! Also had an iced Americano with pumpkin and almond milk… the espresso is delicious!

Exceptional aromatic, delicious coffee for an all-day coffee hound and solid food, we were so happy to find this place and the owner was the loveliest, look forward to coming back!

We had our business lunch for 27 people catered today by Grateful Roast. What a phenomenal spread of wraps they put together…..and the brownies were amazing! Everything was tasty, affordable and beautiful. Triple win! Everyone ate their fill and took food home! They continue to be my personal favorite and now a company favorite too!

This place is few minutes away from my office and the only place I can order food from. But I am glad I found them.

Been here 3 times and I can only see myself going again to try their delicious food. Tried the veggie panini, veginator & hot chocolate steamer. Simply loved them all. They deliver fresh & finger-lickin-good food every single time.

Staff are courteous and very customer-friendly. They get the food ready in 15-20 minutes.

Reasonably priced. Do support this local if you are ever in the area🙂

Tip: Ask for pesto sauce if you're having the panini.

Just ordered the Jalapeño Business breakfast sandwich and my taste buds have been blown away so much that I had to stop and leave a review. Hands down the best breakfast sandwich I have ever eaten!! Fresh, robust, belly filling flavor in every bite. Thank you, I will be back!

A great spot to get coffee and food hidden in Nanticoke. It has a a great selection of breakfast foods and coffee drinks. They even roast coffee beans in house. I got the avvocado toast and iced mocha, and I was pleasantly surprised with both of them. You get a good amount of food for the price, and I do not know of many coffee shops that make sunny side up eggs. I would definitely recommend this place to others looking for a good place to grab a quick breakfast.

Finally! Fabulous food. I am hooked on the Autumn melt and my husband the Cuban. Deserts are amazing as well. Coffee does not just come in a cup but information regarding that coffee is given if you are in need. Owners are in the kitchen and at the register Yes! That truely is supporting a local business.
I love the atmosphere and the positive vibes.

The coffee was made very well for this area. The food was made quickly and it was good. The portions were a reasonable size and the price was fair overall.

As a first time patron , I really enjoyed the very friendly caring staff, great cozy atmosphere, the food and beverages are amazing, also Brian is such a great ,amazing , and friendly owner! I’ve been going to the roast for years. Easily the best coffee and soup in the county. Locally owned and operated, the owners are literally in the kitchen and at the register. This is the type of proud small business our valley needs back.

Love this place! They have the best sandwiches, and coffee. The environment is very friendly and inviting, a good place to have coffee with a friend. They put up local art for sale often, always nice to look at. Again.... really good food.

This place is awesome! Great food, great atmosphere, and stellar coffee. Such great people running the place. We visit often, my entire family enjoys it there. Some great live music, too. Highly recommend!

Absolutely outstanding in every way. The gentleman with the beard that's always there in the mornings is a delight. Always a pleasant attitude. He does well with remembering names and the "usual orders" of a customer. The energy of the staff and the café as a whole is very attractive. I'll be returning every time I visit the area.

I haven't been to the cafe, but I had their coffee at the Cornstock music festival and it was amazing!

by far the best coffee shop in NEPA! The coffee is always excellent, the food specials are on point, and the staff is super friendly! I would go here every single day if I could <3 the owner takes pride in his coffee and menu and it shows!
