Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Salesman(Mitch) was great and quick to respond. Financing person made things quick and painless and answered our questions at signing. The guy who did the walk through(Brad) was very knowledgeable and helpful. And our delivery guy(OB) who took the camper to our seasonal site was amazing at his job of putting camper where we wanted it and made sure we were all good before he left. Great overall experience!

We purchased a camper a couple weeks ago and we have had nothing but amazing service!! From the sales guy Tony all the way to Kristin R when we had a few issues upon delivery. Not only did we save money by purchasing our camper with them, we also got a 2024, a year newer than other camp places we looked at. If you are looking for a new camper, look no further!!! Amazing place! David (sales) was great! Very helpful. Ernie (manager) was awesome as well! They both were very responsive and were great with our little kids who were running around their offices while we were doing paperwork.
Service team is amazing as well. Everything that we pointed out of during our walk through they were right on top of! Truly an amazing experience and we will be buying from them again.

We have had a complicated issue with our R Pod that involved the frame and will be requiring extensive work to correct. I asked Brandon to contact the manufacturer to get some guidance on how to approach the problem. Without complaint or hesitation he did, and this began a long process of emails back and forth between Brandon and the manufacturer, with multiple photos required. Throughout the process Brandon kept me updated, though at times it seemed like we were not getting anywhere. Finally, through his persistence, the manufacturer has informed us that they will pick up the camper, transport it to Indiana and correct the issue. This is customer service we’ll above and beyond. Hats off to Brandon and RV Value Mart. They have exhibited the very qualities that make for the best business: listening and caring!

Great, David Lucioti was a great sales rep to work with and Brad in service was excellent in helping me with hooking up to the 5th wheel and unhooking from it as I had never done it before. Brad was even very helpful on using the manual level TouchPad as I had an issue using it.

The sales man( David Luciotti) me and my husband worked with was great at helping us find a used camper that would fit our needs and budget. The first camper we went in and looked at we didn't like and had some problems and the sales man was honest with what was wrong with it. The second one was in great shape the only problem with it was the slide didn't work. David had the service department take a quick look at it. And they told us exactly what it would need. He took the time to show us some other ones that would also work with our towing capacity. Rv value mart was the only place the gave us top value for our pop up that we wanted to trade in. David also gave us an hour to go grab a quick bite somewhere to think about and make a decision on the camper we were going to go with. He also showed us where their was a place to grab some food to eat. I would recommend going to them again. I will definitely be back in the near future when I'm ready to upgrade. The pick up process was also very simple.

We showed up to look around at different campers. Our salesman, Tyler, showed us several campers until we finally settled on one. It was a pleasure working with Tyler. He answered all of our questions, and made the buying process very enjoyable.

Ordered our Coachmen Apex Nano 208BHS at the Hershey RV show in September. Told it would be at least February 2022...well, Merry Christmas! Good walk through, and more or less painless on financing. If you've financed a car, not much different.

We didn't buy today the salesman new we are in the tire kicking stages his name is Jeff. He answered all my questions drove us on around on the cart and was very knowledgeable and super nice ... a great experience no pressure or rushing

If you’re looking to buy or rent an RV, look no further. These guys are great. Good products and they treat their customers well. I’m a repeat customer and won’t even bother looking anywhere else when the next time rolls around. I’ve had plenty of bad experiences with other dealers, but not here. I’ve been on the rental and purchasing end several times with nothing but good things to report. Top notch in a time where that's hard to find.

Looked at 10 different rv dealers for used rvs around 5 years old didn't want more than 28 ft or max gvw of 7000lbs. We found several that we like in the 15-20k dollar range. Went to rv value mart and bought a brand new coachman apex ultra light for 20k. It had everything we were looking for and extra that we didn't think we could afford. We have had it for 2years now and are extremely pleased with it. We live in Athens Pa 4 hours from here and it is worth the drive from anywhere to come here to buy an rv. About 2 months after we picked it up we were going to Williamsburg Va but to break up the driving we came to Lancaster to stay for a few days bofore moving on. The slide room would not open so the next day(Saturday) I called over to see if they could look at it, because it was not going to be good if it didn't work. They said they didn't have a mechanic working but bring it over and they would look at it. In the 45min it took us to get there he researched some reasons and found out there could be a pinched wire for the slideroom motors. They had a new wiring harness ready to go when we arrived. It took about an hour to install and we haven't had a problem since. They are the greatest bunch of people and they will always have our business and gratitude.

A very coustermer friendly experience, although a sellers market the staff did insure a cost savings experience. The younger Mr.Justin Martin couldn't have been more direct or honest about the short commings of the used trailer. The sales team operated as a pit crew making arrival to towing a nice addition to our camping family, in less than 2.5 hours. Thank goodness that honesty, integrity are still a main stay of rural America.
