The sales staff continues to be fantastic! I went today and everyone was super helpful in finding fits that flatter me. Belinda was great when I needed different sizes and options. She also helped me find the best deals! I look forward to shopping here again.

I had the most awesome experience in the outlet store with a bra fitting. The consultant was so friendly and helpful. She helped find me find the perfect fit and I was really struggling. I recently lost a lot of weight and was unsure how to fit my new shape and she really helped me she spent almost 45 minutes with me. I am so impressed and even though I live an hour away I will be back just because of her awesomeness. I really have never been treated like that.

Suzanne was amazing at helping me find the right size bra. Learned I have been wearing the wrong size and now I have the right size and I feel so much more comfortable. Definitely will be buying my bras here from now on

The retailer there was amazing! I would come back just because of her. She was helpful but not overwhelming, she also seemed genuinely honest about how items looked or will look on me and was overall very knowledgeable about the clothing that she was selling. She also speaks Spanish! Is always refreshing to see retailers that bilingual. ( she's caucasian..I wish that I remember her name..anyway she is awesome)

Attended a wedding this past weekend while out of town. When I arrived and started to get ready for the event, I realized my dress was left at home. I had nothing to wear. I made an emergency trip to Lane Bryant, along with my bright purple shoes (which I had managed to remember). The sales lady helped me to the dresses, and helped me find something to try on and set up a dressing room. At the time, the dress she picked was not something I would have picked for myself. However I ended up buying it and wearing it to the wedding. I received many compliments. A big thanks to the sales staff, they really saved the day.

Spent 2 hours in here looking for undergarments for my daughter and a few other items. Had the most patient lady to deal with a teenager!!!! Probably the BEST experience I've ever had purchasing bras!!!!

I wish I had thought to get the name of the sales woman who helped me. She was very helpful in getting actual measurements to make sure I had the proper fit for my intimate garments.

The associates are always very helpful and friendly. I'm really glad this store carries short length pants!
