Candlewood Suites Lancaster West, an IHG Hotel

Had to come into town last weekend for my friend's wedding and found this place to stay. While I was rather busy, the room was clean, comfortable and in a great location. The kitchenette worked great and I was able to save some money on eating out. The front desk staff was wonderful and the manager, Nicolas, was an absolute delight.

Will definitely stay again once I am back in the area.

The staff here is incredible! I manage a team of customer service representatives for a credit union, so I look for good service everywhere I go. The associates here were very polite and accommodating. I had a great experience with a gentleman there who later revealed to me that he was the manager, after I told him to make sure to pass my compliments of my experience onto his manager. I would recommend this location to all and I will be staying here again!

I really enjoyed my time here at this hotel. I had a small issue with the hot water however when I spoke with management he told me that that someone was working on it right now. It was working again that same night. He offered compensation but I didn't feel like it was needed. Seemed very genuine in wanting to make it right. I will stay here again in the future.

Very satisfied with my stay. It was inexpensive and well worth the money. The manager, Nicolas, was great. He’s very attentive and asked me about my stay every time I saw him. The rooms were clean. Convenient location right next to That Fish Place. I only wish they had a pancake machine. Otherwise, I give it a 10/10!

From check in to check out the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The pool is great, clean and the 24 hour laundry facility was so convenient along with the store that had food and other goods for sale along with the always free coffee and hot chocolate. The housekeepers go out of their way to make the room clean and comfortable and the front desk is super responsive to any needs we had. Id definitely recommend staying here. Oh and they are pet friendly so that is just an added bonus. The kitchenettes in every room were so useful along the provided pots and pans and such!

Expectations were exceeded!!! Greeted by Nicole, she was welcoming, informative and accommodating. All the staff members were amazing and available! Hotel was clean.The room was spacious and clean. Fully equipped with your essential needs. Pool, gym, laundry and BBQ area was all a plus. The store on the premises was a great convenience. Large area to walk the dog with a huge pet store near by. Good location. Over all it was home away from home and I will definitely stay again.

A hotel with spacious and clean rooms, with modern design and furniture. For the convenience of guests, a spacious lobby, gym and pool with towels, free coffee in the lobby. Rooms with a kitchen include a dishwasher and detergent. Advanced microwave, toaster and coffee maker. The rooms are individually temperature controlled. Very pleasant and polite staff. We stayed here for two weeks very comfortably.

P.S. I want to add, if you have a light sleep, reserve a room on the 4th floor❗, then no one will disturb your sleep. With all due respect, the hotel staff could not do anything when children rumbled above us and a strange couple of guests who left the hotel at one in the morning after 5 hours of some loud annoying sounds. Of course, the hotel staff apologized to us and nothing more.

Front desk employee named brandi was absolutely amazing!! Best experience I've ever had! She was so friendly and positive, will be back!!!

Beautiful rooms was very satisfied till the family above us with kids had no concern about other people kept letting their kids run and just all over the room at all times of the day we had to move to another room I think it should have been them to move

The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. I just wish they had at least a continental breakfast.

This is a very clean hotel with great service. They have a gym and a swimming pool. They have a small snack store. Each room has an efficiency kitchen The stove microwave refrigerator dishwasher and a toaster. They would have gotten five stars throughout but the location is busy with truck traffic all day long. Otherwise a wonderful place to stay and very reasonable prices comfortable beds clean bathrooms and great hot water pressure lol.

From the moment I walked thru the front door I was impressed. Very clean and it had a pleasant smell to the place. I was immediately upgraded to the king suite. Staff was very nice and the general manager was very involved with the hotel and customers. I will stay here again and totally recommend the place. 5 🌟 from me. 3/23/23

Great hospitality met at the front desk by Emily. Fellow Rush enthusiast, she had me laughing the entire stay!!! Clean rooms, beds are extremely comfortable, pool was nice. My dog and I enjoyed our stay and recommend this hotel.

Love this place!! Fantastic experience from initial contact for reservation to checkout a few days later. Reasonable rates. The entire staff was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and ready to assure a pleasant stay. My room had a fully equipped kitchen which had a fullsize fridge, microwave and dishwasher with counter surface burners. The entire hotel was very clean and well taken care of. I travel weekly for business and appreciated the amenities, conveniences and smiling faces of the staff. Special thank you to Kathy and George. Very pleased with Candlewood. Stayed here for a single night, zero issues. Place was nice, room was nice, staff was very pleasant. Not sure about the negative reviews, but we had no issues and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at Candlewood suites. Making a reservation was effortless and a good price for the amenities that were offered (loved the big refrigerator) . We were so grateful for the hot coffee that was always available. The room was clean. Samuel and Karla were always friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again for our next tournament at Spooky Nook.
