The Heat Check

Only got the chance to visit once but had a great experience. Store had a great selection and staff. I was only in town visiting and although I didn’t get a chance to purchase I did get a chance to sell. It happened to be a release date at footlocker so I purchased the latest 4s and heat check cashed me out quick n’ easy. I will definitely be back the next time I’m in PA!

I sold my first pair of sneakers here back in 2018. They were a pair of cap and gown 11s. Owner offered a really fair price. And they have always been good to me. They have been around for years and are a staple in the shoe game for the greater central Pa area.

I really enjoyed my experience here at heat check, more like seat check! as there were many comfortable spots to sit down! I purchased the air jordan 3 red cardinal, I was even offered a side salad while making my decision! It was tasty and had a good spread of Italian vinaigrette dressing! The Heat Check staff is top notch. Soon as I walked in I was made to feel at home in the store. The prices and customer experience overall was a great one. I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you again!

The guy at the counter was super sweet! He showed me all the selections in my size and brought me out 3 pairs to try on before making my final decision. Such a good employee with great customer service!

Visited when I had some time to kill before work... was blown away at how great the people there were in answering my questions! Looked for something that they did not have in my size, but offered to find the pair for me as soon as possible. While I was there I saw them inspect shoes that came in for authenticity and found their whole operation very detail oriented which I appreciated. Will always support small businesses that go above and beyond the normal corporate stores!

Such an awesome store with great staff. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Do not listen to any reviews saying anything is fake in the store. They have been on Complex sneakers legit list since their inception and have been helping call out sellers that bring in fake shoes to their store.
