Excellent experience. Loved the large selection of big sample blocks available to view and compare in the store. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Our contractor will be installing the flooring for us and has had previous good experiences with LL Flooring.

We will definitely be ordering our flooring here when we are to point of install. Jennifer Lopez was who we dealt with in the store and she was welcoming, extremely knowledgeable, and helpful! Thanks J-Lo!
UPDATE: We did go back and order flooring from LL Flooring and the gentleman that helped us was also amazing. Bonus points for the AMAZING deal he gave us for the flooring. Unfortunately, i cannot remember his name. :-(

Great options on flooring! We bought flooring a few years ago and the process was very very simple. We recently purchased more flooring and this review is actually for Jennifer and Nicole. Nicole helped me pick out the floor and was Greta to work with, super friendly and was very knowledgeable on all the products we had questions about. Jennifer helped me with a small return. Some company’s would give you a hard time and make it seem like a hassle for returning items but Jennifer simply asked why, gave me a few options and then let me decide. All in all, it was a great experience and they both made it better. Thank you!

Found the countertops I was looking for online and placed an online order for store pickup. When i mentioned that I couldn't figure out how to use my veteran's discount online, the sales clerk and the manager quickly cancelled the online order and rang up a new in-store transaction to reflect the discount. The warehouse employee was very helpful and efficient in getting my order out to my vehicle. The store even called two days later to be sure that my online transaction had been cancelled and properly credited to my account. All in all, a very positive experience, even above and beyond!

I’ve been buying Tranquility flooring from LL Flooring for my properties for 3 years now. My contractors love working with it, the store always has the pattern I use in stock, the pattern I use doesn’t show signs of being discontinued anytime soon, and they make it super easy to pickup. Comparatively, Lowes discontinued a pattern I was using which makes repairs more expensive, the quality of Lowes flooring was spotty even if I spent more in hopes for better quality, Lowes makes pickup a hassle, and Lowes never has what I need/ want in stock which slows down my turnovers. The pro discount is awesome. I’ve used pro delivery which was $100 on a big, heavy shipment in the past.

Was very much impressed with the whole process. From the samples that were sent to our house to how professional the install went. Everything was taken care of and we got a GREAT deal on the floor. Same floor at other places was 2x as much. Was able to get a much higher quality floor with a much more affordable installation. VERY PLEASED with the results and would highly recommend to anyone looking to have their floors updated and rejuvenated!

Very helpful and friendly. They were not pushy to sell. Kept us up to date on sale prices on the flooring we were interested in. We bought the flooring and I have to say that, from first visit to delivery it could not have been a more professional and pleasant purchase.

The guys at the shop were incredibly helpful. They communicated very well during the processes of selecting hardwood, listened to my opinions, and even provided advise while I was installing the project at home. They are very knowledgeable and efficient.

Nicole is a very outspoken helpful truthful young lady I would recommend you going to her and getting your flooring bought from LL flooring at any time of day

We did not make a purchase but we went in for pricing and options. Not only was Jon extremely knowledgeable about all the products available, he was very honest about everything to all of the customers in the store, not simply telling them what they wanted to hear to make a sale.

Been shopping here for several years and Chad is THE BEST! You need any help, he's there with his vast knowledge and supreme customer service!
