Lancaster Marriott at Penn Square

This is a wonderful hotel. Our room was very nice. I like that it did not have carpet in the room. Everything was clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The only small complaint I have is that the furnace would make a load noise when it turned on. I liked that it was in walking distance to many stores and restaurants. Make sure to check out the farmers market across the street. I look forward to coming back next year.

Originally I requested early mobile check in through the app, but never received my mobile key by the time we arrived at 4pm. I told the gentleman this at the front desk and he immediately apologized and proceeded to check if we could upgrade our room. We originally booked two queens because a king bed room wasn’t available, he upgraded us to a king room in the corner with amazing views. We also received complimentary breakfast at the M club which was a pleasant surprise. I also enjoyed the free, high speed WiFi. Overall our experience was great, the gentleman even made parking in the garage easy. I’m a dedicated Marriott member and they never disappoint!

Overall a great stay! One of the best Marriott hotels in USA! Fully functional M club lounge, full breakfast, large pool and specious gym and great restaurants! Special thanks to Junne Nique, who was the front desk supervisor she was amazing! Very welcoming very knowledgeable and best representation of what Marriott employee should be like! She made my check in process very very easy and also explained everything! Thank you ! I will definitely return!

Beautiful Hotel! John in the lobby was so kind, helpful and informative. If fact it was our brief discussion with him weeks prior that motivated us to revisit Lancaster and this time stay at the Marriott. So happy we did it was a truly wonderful experience.

I came and stay here annually while attending my work conference and let me tell you, they away live up to my expectations! Very clean and modern! I love their soft pillows and mattress!! I always get some of the best sleep when staying here. The upkeep and maintenance of this hotel is amazing! I always look forward to attending my conference. I’m counting down the days to my next return! Highly recommended and highly appreciated!!

I went here for a little staycation and loved this hotel. It’s very large and has great facilities and amenities. The pool was beautiful and exactly as pictured. It has chair lifts into both the pool and hot tub for guests with disabilities. The workout room was well stocked with lots of machinery and weights. The lobby is beautiful. The parking was easy and only $15 a day for hotel guests. The hotel isn’t the most updated and modern, but everything is clean, well maintained, and in working order. The entire hotel is accessible and wheelchair friendly. They upgraded us to an Executive King and we had a beautiful view of downtown. The restaurant Plough was also delicious. I didn’t eat breakfast, but I took a peek in the cafe. It looked like an elevated continental. Overall, I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Lancaster.

First class hotel pick for a weekend stay in Lancaster! Excellent clean rooms, comfy beds, great location with plenty of restaurants and shops close by. Parking spaces are reserved for overnight guests in adjacent garage for $15 per night. No complaints; will look to stay here again in future.

We had such a great stay! The location is incredible and parking was easy (it is an extra fee but not terrible). Taylor at the Front Desk made check-in a breeze. She was so nice and helpful! The rooms were beautiful and quiet! We were near an elevator but we never heard it.

It was very kind of the hotel to send an email prior to our stay alerting us of the restaurants onsite and a few amenities that weren't available due to some construction. It made our whole stay much easier.

Great central hotel. Advance check in and app room key worked flawlessly. You need a key in the elevator to get to your floor and the app key works fine for that. Dinner at The Exchange rooftop bar and restaurant was excellent! Tapas plates were superb.

The food and the entertainment were beyond disappointing but the venue was cash bar was a bit much of an ask at 125 a ticket especially when the food the desert and the service was not that great. The entertainment was not even worth mentioning and know what I even recommend them to do anything anywhere at any time for anyone ever again

This hotel was absolutely beautiful. The rooms were comfortable. They had a spray in the nightside draw to put on your pillow to help you sleep which worked very well. I can't wait to get to go back.

I am here for the Marine Corps Ball with my boyfriend and Ray the bartender has been absolutely wonderful! His cocktails are delicious and he has continued to treat us with kindness round after round! Cannot recommend Ray enough!!! (PS please add a tipping option for card purchases)

Stayed for a cheer competition and everything was great! Room temp was comfortable, the convention center is attached, drinks downstairs were great!

Beautiful hotel. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances related to our safety we did not stay the night so $400 down the drain on our anniversary. Literally checked in and put our overnight bag in the room and that was it.

By Providence, mine journey hath brought me to the doors of the wondrous Lancaster Marriott of Penn Square. 'Tis a dwelling unlike any I have seen, full of marvels and conveniences that seemed borrowed from the future.

Upon mine arrival for the nuptials of young Master Hunter and the fair maiden Alexa, I was greeted with such courteousness and warmth, as if the very spirit of hospitality itself resided within these walls. The chambers bestowed upon me were of fine make, with rich tapestries and comforts that would make even the finest lords and ladies of the court green with envy.

The merriments of the eve before the wedding were of especial note. At Tellus360, jesters made merry, drinks flowed like the River Avon, and tales of yore and jests filled the hall, making for an eve of joyous camaraderie. 'Twas as if the whole of Lancaster had come alive in celebration of Master Hunter and Lady Alexa's union.

The wedding ceremony itself, held in the glorious surrounds of the White Chimneys Estate, was a spectacle for the ages. The air was thick with love, joy, and the blessings of the Almighty. Minstrels played, feasts were had, and the night echoed with the sounds of merriment and jubilation.

In summation, Lancaster Marriott of Penn Square hath truly been a beacon of resplendence during this joyous occasion. A sojourn here is like stepping into a tale of old, yet with all the comforts and luxuries that one could dream of. I shall sing praises of this establishment and the memories forged here for many a year to come.

A little confusing getting to the parking garage, but the property and service are very nice. Convenient walk to many attractions and restaurants.

I've stayed in MANY Marriotts this year and this one is by far the nicest. Three weddings happening at the same time as well but it didn't feel overly crowded. I had an updated corner room so I can't comment on any of the stuff others were complaining about. Huge lobby as well right in the middle of all the action. No wifi issues at all. The only thing is that the pool is under construction or renovation.

Best Marriot! We have stayed in over 12 Marriotts this year, and this one surpassed them all. Excellent, efficient customer service, they honored our gold elite status well, huge gorgeous room, beautiful views, great location, excellent restaurant downstairs, beautiful pool and hot tub, and excellent gym. I wish we had more time to stay longer.

Great place to stay a little too big for my taste but the room were very clean and spacious.

Beautiful hotel. Very big with a lot going on. The room was amazing and once we opened the curtains, because we had a corner room, the view was amazing. The only bad thing about this place is parking. At first you're not sure where to go or what to do. Then someone told my husband where there was parking in a structure. The only bad part that they don't tell you is parking is $15 a night. I just think they should let you know the parking situation when you check in.
