I needed a special bolt for my car and no auto parts store, home improvement, nor hardware store within 40 miles had it. This store had exactly what I needed, and the staff was very helpful with locating it.

I purchased some equipment online for pick up the same day at this store. Then I found out I didn’t need the equipment. When I called the store to see how to cancel the order, they were friendly, efficient, understanding, and immediately took care of the cancellation. Great customer service to someone who was not even going to be a customer!

We went to go pick up a grill this morning and because of a miscommunication within my family, we came too early and the grill was not ready for pick up. Thanks to Brenda, who was wonderfully kind and went above and beyond, she was able to get us the grill despite us being extremely early. Thanks again Brenda and all the other staff that helped us today!

Very nice hardware store, they seem to have everything, great staff. Needed a couple of Christmas lights and they are one of the only stores that had any left.
