Carpet and Tile Mart

We came in looking for a specific type of carpet and we had a hard time making up our minds. All of the sales associates were super helpful, and weren't too pushy. They tried to save us money by giving us an in-stock carpet, but in the end, we special-ordered a color we really liked.

We've shopped with them before, and will continue to do so in the future. Install is super easy and the cleanup is done well. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for quality carpet and amazing customer service.

Kadai was an amazing help to me and my interior designer. He is efficient and provides service with a smile. The second time in the store he greeted me by name. Check out the beautiful rugs for our dining room and living room.

I came into your store location in Pottstown. I was looking for an area rug to place in my living room. I was greeted by a woman named Lauren. She was very friendly and most helpful in showing me some of the stores rugs. I have wooden floors in my home, and a granddaughter who's trying to learn how to walk. Purchasing an area rug was most helpful for balance and stability. Lauren did an amazing job in helping me find the perfect rug at an affordable price. I wanted to thank her again for all her help. She has amazing work ethic and was very professional

We visited the Lancaster store this morning. Kadai is amazing!! He provided excellent customer service in answering our questions and showing us the best products for our needs. He knows his stuff!!! A plus is that their restrooms are exceptionally clean and fresh smelling!!

Sara was a wonderful sales person. Very informative, patient not pushy. Offered good advice with helpful tips. Sara was gracious to allow us to take the rug home to see if it worked in our kitchen area. It did!!. So excited!. Looks great!. We bought it!. Incredible shopping experience at Carpet and Tile Mart. I now have two rugs from this store and am so pleased! The quality and prices are fantastic and the customer service is beyond excellent. Josh was super kind, patient, knowledgeable and helpful with my specific needs today. He made sure the dimensions would work in the space I was seeking a rug for and even carried my purchase to my car (saving me delivery fees). Extremely happy with our carpet experience! We purchased our home and had to remove a lot of damaged and dirty items as well as the old stair runner. We went to several carpet stores in the area and were disappointed with the lack of selection (we were seeking a more traditional style) and the very high cost of the runner itself as well as the installation. I knew that Carpet Mart historically had a pretty large selection of carpet and my husband and I went in with a pic of a runner I really liked that I had found on the internet. We met with Dee who was just so patient and helpful and we ended up finding a runner that was very similar to the image I had. Once everything was measured the quote shocked us. It was over 50% LESS than what we were quoted at another carpet store (including installation!!). We just had it installed on Tues and Eric was amazing. He made sure to ask us questions when some optional ways to handle an area arose and we were so grateful for that. Overall we could not be happier with our experience with Dee, Eric and the helpful staff at Carpet Mart. PS. I made sure to call Dee and tell her this all directly. She is so lovely!! Our most recent purchase was flooring for my office. Kadai did a great job helping me to select an LVP to meet our needs. Installers were quick , competent & professional. We loved the flooring so much, we had it installed in our bedroom too!

This place was a real pleasure to work with. Josh had lots of helpful suggestions and the rest of the staff was friendly and efficient. Installers were fast, thorough and professional. Our home looks fantastic. We have more to do and we will absolutely use them again. Heartily recommend.

Ivan was terrific! We bought two beautiful very soft carpets last week. Today we needed some luxury vinyl and Ivan helped us again!!

I went in this afternoon to get ideas for my kitchen floor, countertop and backsplash. Dee was exceptional. She was wonderful to speak to, knowledgeable and made my first initial experience looking for my homes design plan a memorable one. The prices are fantastic, and the installers did a great job on our carpet install! As one of four quotes obtained, they were the best value. Won’t waste any time on the next project, and just schedule them. They beat Empire’s quote too!

Shane was extremely helpful to me in selecting the right bathroom flooring as well as tile for another project. He is very knowledgeable but doesn’t pressure. Barry did a great job installing the flooring and we are extremely pleased. Prices and selection are good too.

My partner and I went in to get wall to wall carpeting. We’ve needed it for a long time but we are on a budget. And then when we worked with Ivan, he made the process so much easier!!

We looked at hypoallergenic options and then some other carpeting options. Ivan knew the products and was able to give us honest recommendations. Ivan had them pull out the rolls for us - to see if it was clean and consistent.

He followed through on my phone calls, questions and communications. For example, when we had measured our home we had a certain measurement and idea…However after the folks came to measure from Carpet Mart, the total space was over 100 ft.² more!

And then when our estimate was higher than our budget (due to discrepancy in our measurements vs the professionals), Ivan sent screenshots of different options of carpeting that was more within the budget.
