Great people. While traveling I damaged two tires on the highway. After being towed to their shop they did a great job to squeeze me in and repaired the tires and got me back on my way. They treated me very fairly! First class!

This establishment is all about customer service. Came through for me with a tire repair when most places were closed or ‘too full’ to fix my tire. Thanks!!

These guys and gals do great work at a fair price. Everyone is really happy to help you get your car back on the road. The owner is always around. Been in business for way many years for good reason. They sell and use only excellent quality parts. The service manager and shop guys know their business well and treat your vehicle like it was their own.

Always a good experience...had a damaged tire, was able to get it replaced while I waited. In and out in less than 45 minutes! Price was good and service quality is always great. Buy all my tires here.

Went here with an obscure problem that required a lot of research with the diagnostics, but West Main Auto was very accommodating. They were honest all- around; they had very reasonable prices, good customer service, and good communication. They diagnosed correctly and completely fixed my problem. They even did a last minute headlight and oil change request, no hassle. I highly recommend.

First time we used them to have our vehicle inspected. Eric did a great job taking care of what needed to get repaired before it could get the inspection sticker. He was very upfront with pricing and letting us know how long it would take. Will consider using them again.

Good service again today. FLAT FIX NOT FREE like other places (free places still leak way too much after repair).
BUT.....JRWMA does EXCELLENT TIRE REPAIR. They repaired my tire two months ago. No leaks. I know because I check my tires twice a month.

This place does a hellava job fair pricing...and also the good faith on their behalf = my wife needed something from the car that was in their care they called me and to verify and to give her access to get get her personal things...these people are great and your vehicle is always in the safe place for repairs

They got me in, right away, and fixed my tire. Very pleased.

Great Prices, Great service, I use to go to my dealer to replace tires. West Main Auto found me longer laster tires, and saved me hundreds of dollars.

Excellent, fast service. Came in with a TOTALLY flat tire with a puncture on the crown (that had already been patched once and failed) of a tire on my RX-8 (which is not equipped with a spare tire), with no appointment (not that you shouldn't make one, but this was unexpected), tire was not able to be repaired. Although they didn't have my tire size in stock, they sourced one for me, had it mounted and balanced in 2 hours and i was on my way.
