I love their shoes and can almost always find what I need. At this visit I needed assistance getting something off the top overstock shelf. I asked a store associate who immediately stopped what she was doing, grabbed a ladder, & retrieved the box of shoes for me. She was very nice. It's always wonderful to experience good customer service!
