Turkey Hill

Just wanted to drop a line or two to give a shout out to Emily, who is the current manager. She is a throwback to the days when customer service actually mattered. Emily is extremely in tune with the customers and I know she goes that extra mile when most others wouldn't. I worked with the public for over 50 years and know what it means to ad that personal touch when dealing with people. Things like asking how you are or greeting you with a smile are things that can't be taught. But they mean so much. I enjoy going there every day to pick up my paper knowing that I will be greeted in a special way, which sets the tone for my day. She is a rarity in today's world. And someone who should be recognized for the great job that she does.

There’s a girl Karen that works there and she is always so nice and smiling every time I come there! A great worker!

There's a man who works at this exact location by the name of Terry. He's normally always at the register. Sweetest man I have ever met. I will never forget the time I was pregnant, forgot my card, and he paid for my food. I was so embarrassed and left before he could even finish the transaction. I never went back to apologize nor thank him for doing a good deed for me. Terry, you will never beforgotten! We need more people like YOU in the world.

I love Turkey Hill. Always have. Good people, great items and food. But answer me this, why does Turkey Hill ice cream cost LITERALLY $2 more than anywhere else??!! When I go to Hershey Park, the chocolate there is cheaper because you're so close to where it's made. Maybe that's a bad analogy, it doesn't change the fact that turkey hills ice cream prices are outrageous. Now if you go to Weis or Giant I guess because they're bigger business you get the two for five deals and things like that, just wish you could have the convenience of getting Turkey Hill ice cream for a cheaper price at Turkey Hill. I wouldn't talk so much about this if I didn't eat so much chocolate peanut butter cup ice cream. Thanks for being Turkey Hill.

A real nice Turkey Hill location, with plenty of gas pumps and a clean, spacious interior. Can be a little hard to get back on to Oregon Pike. If you want to go south towards Lancaster, you need to drive through the parking lot and get to the light.
