I had a pretty good shopping experience during my recent visit at this location. The store is very clean and organized. I’ve had some previous experiences which lead to much confusion with the amount of clutter. I was able to purchase a cute wallet and perfume which seems ungodly good.

I entered the store with no specific intention but left very happy. I can’t wait until my next visit I would definitely return!

Coach always been one of my favorites place. they’re always amazing at the Tanger outlets I’ve never had any bad experience there and when something goes wrong with one of their products they always stand by their product and replace it or repair it. Got a bag there at Christmas use it as my diaper bag. the other day I noticed that it was broken I called and they said I could bring it in and they would look at it. they did look at it and I got refunded a new bag. This is why I love coach they are such amazing people that work at this store!!
I will forever got my bag and shoes and sunglasses here and even so really cute clothing and jewelry.

Amazing customer service! Over the phone with corporate or in person they did a superb job. My order for my daughter's 17th birthday gift was delayed due to Ian and the phone representative went above and beyond toake sure that my daughter had gotten her gift in time. She contacted the local Coach Outlet and spoke with the manager (Carol) and jointly they were able to get me a comparable option at the and reduced the price to match the original items price that same day(today)! It's not about the delay, it's about the results and they definitely gained a lifetime customer with the way my "issue" was resolved! (Referencing order number XUP10823588)

Great shop! We came in with my 5 y/o who was of course being a 5 y/o, the staff were completely ok with it, one of the staff members even entertained all her questions answering them all going so far as to have a very detailed discussion on American Girl Dolls, while the wife tried on a pair of sneakers! I was completely surprised, most of these place frown at children!! We did end up leaving with multiple purchases, all because we had the time to browse!! it was honestly great to see!

I stopped by before work (I work in Tanger), looking for a bag I can use for my job, as I travel often. I asked if a certain bag was available in black, and Brandon checked the system for me - he offered to order for me, as they didn't have it in store for purchase. I had to get to work, but told him I would be back. We exchanged names, and I was off. After work I returned, and Brandon recognized me immediately. I was about to purchase an in stock color, and he offered his honest opinion, and I'm very grateful he did. Brandon ordered the bag for me with two-day shipping so I would have it for an upcoming work trip; he was so incredibly personable, and I really enjoyed speaking with him. Thank you Brandon, for an experience I won't soon forget!

I had such a great experience with Sema at this Coach store. She was very helpful in helping me select a handbag and wallet and provided excellent customer service. I would definitely come back and have her help me again.

Personal experience was very good. Someone greeted me and answered my questions. They showed me what I asked for and I bought two bags. I have been buying Coach bags for more than at least 25 years..

Went into the store to find out about sending an item out for repair. Unfortunately due to Covid they are not doing this service. The manager exchanged the item fora similar without any hassle! Definitely will be a returning customer!

Very helpful salespeople, not pushy. Had an awesome Labor Day sale. Got a new leather bag, wallet to match and daughter got a leather backpack for the full price of 1 bag.

Very helpful employees and good products especially for gifts. And there are often good sales going on. And the parking is good in this outlet area.

Friendly employees and great sales. I have found that Veterans Day Weekend sales in this center are better than black Friday. (good sales then too) I love this location

The customer service was awesome! I went in for a passport holder but they unfortunately only had men’s but they were so awesome that left with a laptop case, a purse, and a wristlet!

Coach bags and Nike clothes are my favorite. My daily go to. I visited this coach shop this week and I loved everything in it. I usually buy my bags local or online but we were in the area and stopped. I would definitely drive down there when I need a new bag, it would be worth the trip. They have great sales. I have over a dozen coach bags and have had many more over the years, so I am familiar with their products. They hold up amazing and are definitely worth the money. I use my purse extremely hard and it gets put through the ringer but I've never had a coach bag rip or tear. One went through the flood caused by hurricane sandy and the leather area frayed apart but the bag was still holding on strong. I think out of all the purse brands I've purchased from, coach is beyond the best. They dont even compare to anyone else when it comes to the quality that you get for what you pay. Yes you could go get a gucci or Prada bag that might be a little prettier but you're paying 3 times more and they dont hold up even half as much. Coach is more classy options and tend to match with whatever you pair them with.

They have a very nice selection here, the staff is very friendly. And the prices are not too high.
