My husband and I worked with Debbie to design the kitchen and bathrooms in our new construction home. Debbie was meticulous, detail-oriented, and responsive. She has excellent taste and provided invaluable advice about cabinet style, color, hardware, and optimizing space. She accommodated our work schedules by meeting us outside of business hours and she even accompanied me to the stone vendor to help select stone countertops! Additionally, she is an excellent problem-solver—when we couldn't decide where to put the outlets in our kitchen waterfall island, Debbie came up with a solution to add stiles to the ends of the kitchen cabinets (which avoided drilling into the stone). Debbie is exceptional; I highly recommend her!

The service that I had done through this company was a new house kitchen design and installation. Debbie was professional, very friendly and easy to work with. With her experience, she guided me through the process of picking cabinets and gave me excellent advice on what would look best and also fulfill our needs in the space that we had. Building a new home and Deb from Swartz kitchen made process of designing our dream kitchen and bathrooms a very simple project. She was always there to answer any questions and help modify things as we thought of them along the way . Definitely recommend Swartz kitchens and baths to anyone looking to build or remodel.

Can't speak about anyone else there, but Jason Brooks is awesome. He did our kitchen and now both our baths. His customer service and patience is unmatched. I suggest him to anyone that needs cabinets.

Great service and pricing on kitchen remodeling!

We purchased a double sink vanity with hardware for replacement of the existing cabinetry. We prepaid for the cabinetry and installation. Upon delivery, their installer was not able to install the new vanity and cabinet, the installer indicated that they were unable to take out the existing vanity, In our opinion this is something that should have been addressed at point of sale as they were aware we were REPLACING and existing vanity. Since they were unwilling to find someone to remove the existing vanity, Swartz promised a refund for installation fee-3 weeks ago-nothing yet? In the meantime we were able to hire another installer who was able to complete the whole job. We are still working through issues with the Quality: One drawer was badly marred prior to shipping. We provided pictures of the center drawers imperfection and were promised replacement. Two weeks later an email and call saying they needed another picture showing location of the drawer to be replaced, possibly another 2-4 weeks. During that phone call, it was indicated that when the drawer front is finally replaced, that the drawer front would be delivered but they can't put it onto the drawer or drill the holes for the hardware. I offered to bring the drawer to them to have it made right. The indication was they do not do this?
A second quality issue: the holes for the faucets had been drilled incorrectly in the countertop for the new faucets whose information had been provided to Swartz. Fortunatly, our plumber was able to find a similar model(but not the one origianlly selected) to fit the incorrectly drilled holes.

I was referred to Swartz by a countertop manufacturer who only sells to dealers. I knew exactly what I needed and I had a plan in my pocket. I stopped by after lunch on a Thursday. There were two white Audis parked out front and there were two old white women inside at a reception desk. No one else was in the place. They could barely be bothered to help me, and when I asked about solid surface counters, they showed me a display of Silestone swatches (which is an entirely different product), and then acted like they had no idea what I was talking about when I asked for clarification. I couldn't get out of there fast enough. Bad combination of mean-spiritedness and cluelessness. I couldn't imagine letting these people anywhere near my house. When I got home, I wanted to make sure that I wasn't confused, so I checked their website which very clearly notes that they sell solid surface counters. Or at least say that they do.

On the phone, the sales representative seemed interested in my business. She wanted to make an appointment but was unavailable for days. I just wanted to come in and look at displays and ask a few questions! They remodeled my kitchen several years ago but will not be doing my master bath!
