I went in with my dad to get a bare ar-15 lower for me to build up. The guy at the counter was helpful and nice. Love the feel of the gun shop, sadly it is a bit of a drive for us to get there, but hopefully we can visit again.

Edit: 762x39 has had a flare launcher added for additional vision at night or to signal for help in emergency conditions.

Only place I can find staff that all actually know firearms well enough to answer questions accurately and intelligently for all types of buyers. Any avid firearms people, this is the best spot to go in the area for all things tactical.

Thank you so much for the FANTASTIC job you did on cerakoting my rifle....it looks GREAT!!!!!! The trigger work you did took out all the creep and the trigger breaks clean and fast. Again, thank you for such a great job.

I went here to purchase my first handgun and a few other accessories. The workers were super professional, knowledgeable, and down to earth guys. They answered all of my questions with ease and offered tips and advice from their own personal experiences. Definitely recommend and will be returning in the future.

Things have really turned around from a couple years ago apparently. I've nice experiences now after 2 visits. Employees are helpful, doing the legwork to lookup pricing and availability on the niche guns I'm interested. Despite all that I still don't make a purchase and they are still nice. Good to know they are about customer service even when the person isn't necessarily buying. I will be at least buying my accessories here if nothing else just on customer service alone.

Staff are extremely knowledgeable, straightforward, and kind. Prices are fairly competitive, they offer plenty of different services, and are more than willing to help someone new to guns, NFA items, or anything related. I've never had a bad experience at this gun shop!

Excellent customer service. I came in a half hour before they closed with no gun experience in over 20 years. They took the time to help me pick out a great quality handgun at a great price, they showed me how to use it, gave me extra tips and got me in a beginner's class to teach me everything I need to know in order to be a responsible gun owner. Wouldn't even bother with the other gun shop in town after the great experience I just had. Highly recommend if you are interested in purchasing a gun or even if your just toying with the idea. They will help you figure out if it's right for you and give you good advice and great prices.

Just called this store on 08-16-22 and asked a few questions about the selection and store hours. I spoke to a person named Chris who was able to confirm they sold several AR 15 upper charging handles. He also confirmed that their store was open til 7pm. Chris had great communication and was knowledgeble about the stock at Lanco Tactical.
Not sure if Chris was the owner but again spoke well on the phone.

Went in to buy my first firearm. Immediately we were greeted and asked if we’ve been there before. We answered no and explained what we were there for. I walked in with little knowledge as I hadn’t done any research and by the time we walked out of the shop I felt like I had gotten the pistol buying for dummies. The person I dealt with was Cameron and he was so incredibly knowledgeable that he basically sold me in the first few minutes because of his customer service, and overall the feeling that they cared that I was going to get a quality product. We left to do pricing at other shops. I thought considering they were a tactical shop they would automatically be more expensive. They actually had better pricing than a local shop that’s been around longer and better than a corporation. So we went back to purchase a pistol and again they took the time to make sure I was getting what I wanted, made sure if I had any questions they were answered, and overall just gave a great impression as a business and as firearm owners. I will definitely go there again to buy any accessories or any other firearms from these people. I can’t say enough good things about that but it was a great experience with informed staff. They also gave me the option to sign up for PA firearm laws class and and safety class they hold every three months which I think is critical to understanding firearm safety for first timers.

I have been a customer here for a little over a year. This place is awesome. I will back up the other reviews in saying that their knowledgeable staff is not arrogant or stuck up in any way. From first time shooter to salty veteran, they have what you need and will help you out. If you love supporting the "small fish,'' I highly recommend this place. I built my entire AR-15 lower receiver with parts from them, including their billet lower. Great shop, will continue to come back.

Great gun shop. They all know their stuff and are very easy to deal with. Always friendly and helpful. They definitely care about their customers and stand behinds everything they sell. This is the go to gun store in the Elizabethtown / Lancaster area. Highly recommend!!

Awesome gun shop! Owner had best customer service I have received at a gun store ever! I went in for a carry conceal purse for my wife and they had a huge selection of everything! Ton of pistols, rifles, scopes, holsters,ammo and accessories! Best prices I have seen! Most items were cheaper then online. I will definitely return and plan to make this my dedicated one stop shop!

Best customer service in Lancaster when it comes to firearms. They knew their stuff and are happy to field any questions. They won't force you to buy a firearm but will give you their honest opinion about what is good and what isn't. The owner is very friendly. I trust this place far more than Trop.

Very enjoyable experience there today. They answered all my questions. First time AR build for me and they were more than willing to help with all my install needs. Great selection of fire arms and gadgets. Lanco billet stripped lower is a 10 out of 10. Great work guys.

Seriously my favorite gun shop in Lancaster County. Their staff is very knowledgeable and always willing to help. I have walked in here several times where I was in over my head, and the staff has helped me work though the problem, I have learned so much here. They have a great selection, with great prices.

Outstanding service - don't be fooled by all the AR/AK style firearms - these guys love all types of guns and can help you with all firearm/shooting questions - if they don't have it in stock, they can get it for you, and it will cost less than other local shops. Just ask them, they will help you...you will be pleased you stopped in to look at all the cool stuff!! It's my go-to source for accessories, fairly priced firearms and lots of free advice!!!

Absolutely the best gun shop in all of Lancaster county by far! NO other shop even compairs to this place! Great staff with a lot of knowledge about the products and what is going on in the industry. Weather you are looking for a carry gun, building an ar or looking for a suppressor. These guys will get you what u need! Extremely professional and down to earth people! Awesome collection and what they don't have they can get in days at a better price then what others can offer!

Bunch of great young gentlemen. First time here and came in all the way from Maryland. As soon as I open the door greeted and asked what am I looking for or help with anything. Young guy walked me through every corner of the store to find all what I need. He gathered all my stuff, rang in the counter and offered me their cool stickers. This place honors their work and really knows how to run business. I am definitely going back to this place everytime I get to visit PA. Highly recommended for review seekers...

Nate was extremely helpful. Although our interaction was around Form 5 reviews I would recommend anyone looking for guns or accessories in their category stop here. Customer service was excellent.

First time customer from out of town. Great selection of firearms and accessories. Very friendly personnel and even installed my Ghost connector for me free of charge. Highly recommend and will return.
