west elm Outlet

This is a really nice Outlet Factory Mall located in Lancaster, Pa. I am quite surprised with the size and cleanliness of this Mall considering the amount of people here and am definitely satisfied with the customer service of each store that I have visited thus far. I don’t know of the Pennsylvania Covid mask wearing laws but am pleased to see that the majority of the people wearing / enforcing themselves to wear masks while in the stores. I highly recommend this mall to others.

My first time there. I saw an ottoman that I love and may get it. It's an outlet and my son and I thought they were still pricey. They do have very nice furniture and we fell in love with a bathroom double sink. Must visit.

Nice place to buy stuff for your house little bit pricey but the have good discounts all the time so you can afford

We stopped in to get a good amount of furniture for our new home. Everyone was so friendly and the prices were great compared to retail + no waiting months for it to arrive! The stocking staff loaded our uHaul in 95 degree weather with no complaints. Such a great experience! We wish it was closer :)

Specifically today:
Great experience with the staff here, despite them being very busy trying to unpack and assemble new stock (I overheard one employee mention the truck had arrived hours late, causing the floor staff to have to scramble).

All the staff I interacted with were friendly and knowledgeable. The manager was very friendly, handled a special request with courtesy and even was the staff member to help me load my vehicle.

Great crew at this store, 10/10 will return and recommend to others.

Nice collection! Store display was more spacious and pleasing.

Bought a bed frame on a great deal only downside was missing some hardware, which I was aware prior to buying. Looked around local hardware stores and couldn’t find a few pieces... Started getting worried I was going to compromise using other sized bolts..

So I Went back to West Elm Outlet to see if they could help. Natasha , Esther, and Rosalia took the time to find some extra spare bolts in the back that fit! They Totally Saved The Day!!!! I’m so thankful for the extra effort!

Great shopping experience! Parking is in the center of the complex, so easy to walk around and not be too far from the car. Great stores with excellent products I can't find close to home.

Very good deals to be had but many things definitely scatch and dent. Excellent salespeople who provide great customer service. I'm very happy with many furniture pieces I purchased.

I was in no problem finding a parking space went to the Nike outlet found the amazing comfortable comfortable pair of sneakers and out of there all within a half hour awesome!!!

The discount was really out of my expectation. Should prepare the truck to come here for big shopping!

If you want West Elm for cheap, here's the place but don't be upset if the furniture is scratch or damaged.

The quality is there without the price, and if you catch a sale you can get a major discount.
