Sonic Drive-In

Quick and friendly service. The ocean water is always a hit! Family friendly atmosphere. It's cool to park and eat. They also have drive-thru and tables outside for sitting. Philly cheesesteak is not too bad. Kids liked the kids meals with burger or chicken tenders. It came with a toy. FYI the toy will be different dependent on the meal choice.

Enjoyed our first Sonic experience.

Drive your car to a parking spot, review the menu board, push a button to order, pay with cash or card when food is delivered to your car. If you walk up, you don’t go inside, but order similarly from a menu board next to covered table area. Really great when the weather is cold and rainy!

The burgers were larger versions of a typical fast food burger, the onion rings were good sized and we got 6 of them in our order. The pop and shake were both served in a styrofoam cup.

The shake, a real banana shake, was amazing. Pieces of banana throughout. Some blocked the straw.

A dollop of fake whipped cream on top of the shake was a nice touch, but I wish they’d switch to real whipped cream, or make it an option.

I want to try the corn dog next time.

This place is fast and reliable. Taste is really good. I do really like the coney (one foot long hot dog) with chili. The drive thru is fast even if the line looks long. The only downside is that you won’t get service at your car after 9.30p so so, but you can use the drive thru and park just right in front of the building.

Quick and easy drive through service. I enjoyed my Dr. Pepper float and my husband enjoyed his vanilla milkshake.

The experience is fun but the food is just ok.

Happy to have stopped here. The young lady was so pleasant and helpful!! Tried something new. The "Toaster" sandwich with eggs & bacon. Very very tasty. Reminded me of breakfasts my mom made when we were younger. I will definitely return.

Other than the kiosk freezing before payment. The employees were great and it's always so clean

I always love Sonic and there food is good. I went with my husband as we were staying for a week in Lancaster. It appeared to be open but the only thing open was the drive thru.What a bummer,still they were fast and window service was good. Highly recommend.

Good food that is usually pretty fresh and I haven't had my order be wrong since they've reopened. I'm really glad they came back; hard to beat that drink menu.

The food and service were excellent. I didn't rate the atmosphere because I didn't eat inside. This was the third restaurant that I had stoped at and the first one where I got served good food. One was apparently closed and the other had rude staff.

This is Sonic. Ya heard of it? Well, it's exactly like that. Service is really great here. But how can Sonic mess it up? Food is great here, too. Guess why. I'll tell you, dont worry. It's Sonic. You're welcome.

Always fast service and food so hot you burn yourself which is perfect for me. I also love being able to sit in my car and stay comfortable while eating. Plus being able to order desert separately if people want something after their meal is wonderful. No melted ice cream or milkshakes.

We did "not" wait a long time in the drive in parking lot for our food. It was "great" customer service!! Food was hot 🔥 and delicious 😋.

I'd never been to a Sonic before and I was pleasantly surprised. I got their spicy chicken nugget bowl, tots with chili & cheese and a cherry lime slushy. The carhop brought our order in a timely fashion and there was so much per portion we took it home for later. Well done Sonic

I really only go here for their shakes, even though they text me deals frequently. Now I just stick to their vanilla shake (w/o cherry). If I could afford one a day, I'd be all over it. Each flavor I have tried has been really good. They use real fruit too. Major plus. The drive-thru process is pretty quick and efficient. Friendly people at the window.

Good food every time I've been there. Their tots are my fav and awesome drink choices!

The best real banana milkshakes ever! This Sonic has it together... fast turnaround from the time I placed the order until it was brought to my car. Clean around the building too! It's really a busy location on Lincoln Highway Lancaster PA. This is a high tourist area. Oh BTW, you have a choice to eat in your 🚗 car and in warmer weather, there are picnic tables nearby.

Total junk food...but we love it! The kids that work here are very nice and pleasant to chat with....we especially like the after 8 specials. Great selections of treats. It would be really cool for them to add a veggie burger option and a healthy shake...but that is not why one would head to sonic.

Some of these reviews crack me up! People act like they've never made a mistake, or there's always a better deal. Just like any other Sonic there is a very nice variety at a decent price. Yes the service may be slow at times, orders may get messed up, and food is sometimes a little cold by the time you get home. Overall they do a pretty good job.
