We moved to a JCMLIVING community and have never been happier. Beth the leasing manager At cherryhill villas and Edward worked with us to find the townhome we’ve been looking for. Washer, dryer, dishwasher and ac are all perfect and work amazing. All new BEAUTIFUL appliances were put in before we moved in along with a fresh paint job and new carpets. Maintenance comes within 1-2 days to fix things that are Nonemergencies and one time our air conditioning flipped the breaker and I called around 8pm at night and they came within an hour. We recently moved to Windsor court and haven’t had one complaint and even if we did they send someone immediately to fix things. I recommend using them if you are looking for somewhere to move. I was afraid of dealing with another horrible renting landlord/company and they relieved me of all these worries. Besides the lack of storage space(although ample closest that we have utilized and larger units do have a storage room outside their patio. we love our new neighborhood. The grounds are beautiful and the amenities are kept perfect.

(We also notices a few things that needed fixed or noted when we moved in and they sent someone in to fix it within 20 minutes of us calling the day of move in) staff and neighbors are friendly and quiet. You don’t see a single cigarette butt or trash on the whole grounds. Everyone is respectful and kind. It’s the perfect neighborhood for a family and a wonderful location for work without actually being inside of the city.

Have lived here for one year now. We are very happy here. Great location-close to a nearby trail for walking/biking. Pool is awesome for my 9-year-old. Maintenence is very attentive and fixes issues quickly. It is very quiet here which is a huge plus!!

Will came to fix the plumbing problem in the bathroom and until he did it completely and well he did not leave the apartment, efficient job and well done. Thank you Will you went the extra mile.

Very responsive to service requests. It is a great neighborhood tucked away and quiet but still close to everything. Perfect place for me and my dog!

I Got my 60 days lease renewal letter and I can’t believe that they increased my rent (if I renew) more than 10% when the apartment is still on the market to rent for the same amount I rented it my first year.I can’t believe that even if you keep your apartment in perfect conditions, clean, and pay your rent every 1st of the month, they don’t consider that and “go by I don’t know what” to raise your rent at the time of renewal that much . Anyone had the same situation before? Be aware! Your rent will still go up every year and it’s not going to be $20 more.

I lived there for quite a few years and had a good experience only till when I moved out in 2008. the lady that time when we were moving out treated us badly, even refused to open the bathroom door when we accidentally locked it on the day when we were moving out. The previous lady Lorinda was wonderful but the lady that we dealt with in 2008 was terrible. I hope she is no longer working there.

Like all landlords they will try and get you when you move out. During the move out inspection they said "everything looks good nothing needs to be replaced." Two weeks later we receive a large charge for a window repair. They accuse us of the window being sealed shut and that it's two weeks later I have no way to refute this. Then they just try to force you to pay it.

I have sent emails, messages through their website tenant portal, left voicemails and at the end of the day I had to leave a negative review to get them to finally contact me back about an issue. Their response was mostly irrelevant. I then used a special link they sent me that they wanted me to use and still they don't contact me back. Maintenance is good but management seems to have serious communication issues. I don't recommend living here. It isn't that hard to send an email, text or give a phone call at the very least saying hey we received your message and are looking into it.
