Holiday Inn Lancaster, an IHG Hotel

Can’t beat this location! In the center of downtown Lancaster, surrounded by all of the best shops and eateries.
The first thing I noticed walking in was how CLEAN it is, & it smelled great. That’s a huge deal in my book. The beds were so comfortable and they have firm & soft pilllows that have label on the pillowcase so you can choose what type you want. I thought that was really something! I also received a text inquiring if the stay was going well which I thought was extremely kind and hospitable.
The pool was well maintained. I will come back here again next time I have an overnight stay, no doubt 😌

Great location for Blackpool or the lakes. Super friendly staff. Has a pool (bit dark, but kids loved it). Room was clean and comfy.
We did Lancaster park run - hilly challenge, drive into Lancaster to do it. But walked in for dinner (10-12mins). We will use it again.

Booked the Holiday Inn for a family get together that was happening in Lancaster. The location is in the heart of Lancaster City, which is perfect for accessibility to daytime and/or nighttime activities. It's clean and staff were great too. Highly recommend.

For location and value, you cannot beat this hotel. Located in the heart of Downtown Lancaster, it's close to many tourist attractions. Dozens of dining/shopping/nightlife options are all walkable.

Clean comfortable rooms and a friendly staff makes this a gem in the Red Rose City. Great job.

This is one of the best hotels in Lancaster. The rooms are very accommodating, clean, & comfortable. Keurig maker with green mountain coffee plus all Dove brand toiletries. Nice inside & outside areas to sit & relax in. Breakfast was good. View outside is awesome 👍 pic is the view of road from hotel!

This hotel was a five star stay to begin with. They give a discount on day passes to the parking garage, which extends to ALL garages that are city controlled. Imagine my surprise when my license plate was scanned and allowed in at any garage downtown to get us as close to the shops as possible!

What REALLY made this stay was Kate at the check in desk and Natasha at the bar. These lovely ladies made me feel like old friends of the hotel. Kate gave me so many good recommendations (Rachel’s Crepes is a MUST for breakfast), and Natasha was buddy buddy-ing with me about bartender life and ins and outs of Lancaster living. These two women made our whole weekend, and it was already an amazing time! I found myself WANTING to end the night at Natasha’s bar, and Kate made sure every part of our stay was a presidential experience. The hallways were a little noisy but I think we were staying during a sports tournament or something as it seemed to be a lot of young men and women staying around us.

At the end of the day, we were more than taken care of at the Lancaster Holiday Inn, and we felt wanted and appreciated from check in to check out! (One last note, ask Natasha to make a drink she would want to drink. She made us a White Russian that knocked our freakin socks off!)

Was here on a business trip. My company really picked the best of the best. Amazing place! So beautiful on the inside. Comfy and makes you feel like you are staying in luxury. Will definitely visit again.

Location was fantastic. Service was great except for gentlemen that worked at night was rude as all can be and just didn't want to be helpful in anyway I noticed this towards others guests as well. I stayed there from the 5th to the 9th of October. Maybe correct whoever that person was. Rooms were nothing spectacular but good rooms overall, the carpets could definitely use updating or better cleaning. Room had kind of a wet dog smell. Can't beat the location though and the food is alright.

Our first time staying here but not the last. We had an excellent time. Loved the rooms and facilities in general. The location was perfect with local breweries and other activities within walking distance.

It is a very nice hotel and it is conveniently located in the heart of Lancaster. You can walk everywhere and check in was a breeze. The sheets were soft and felt new and the toiletries provided were of good quality. The room was spacious. The parking garage is 15 dollars a day and is directly next to the hotel. Would definitely return!

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel in Lancaster. The pricing was very reasonable, the rooms were great and the location is fantastic for walkability.

Was here for two nights for a work conference at Lancaster County Convention Center. Nice hotel with updated/modern rooms. Very clean, and housekeeping did a really nice job. Quiet rooms, and free Wi-Fi was a plus. I’m surprised in 2023 how some hotels don’t offer free Wi-Fi. Front desk associates at check-in and check-out were also great. I’d recommend this hotel if anyone’s staying in Lancaster!

A beautiful hotel in the heart of downtown Lancaster. Our room was comfortable and clean, and the level of service that we received from all of the employees we came in contact with was above and beyond! Dinner at the onsite restaurant, the Imperial, was delicious and the indoor pool was perfect after a long day of sight seeing. Definitely not your average Holiday Inn!

We were there to celebrate our Fraternity 40th. Anniversary events. We had a very pleasurable experience staying at this location. Kate at the front desk was an absolute superstar. Very attentive and made sure that all our needs were met. The staff overall was very cordial as well as accommodating. The amenities for meetings were very nice. Food was good as well.

I have stayed here on multiple occasions when I come to Lancaster. The staff have always been friendly and helpful when you check in and out as well as recommending different attractions around the city. Rooms are always clean and up to my standards when I stay. Jeff and Kate are super friendly and personable behind the front desk. They genuinely care about not only your comfort but your day as well.

Nestled in downtown Lancaster this hotel is ideal if you want to be near the historic side of town. I was visiting due to a volleyball tournament and will state that it is a nice hotel! You do have to pay for parking but the hotel gives you a ticket stub to easily get in and out when needed. A restaurant on site adds to this place as there are not a lot of restaurants near by. The front desk staff are super friendly, the room we were in was nice as well. Thanks for a great stay!

This hotel is clean, comfortable, convenient, and efficient. Perfect for traveling on business to the Lancaster area. The staff is attentive and responsive, and the rates are reasonable.
